I booked the Grand Celebration tour with strip fly over as a surprise for my girls while in Vegas for a volleyball tournament. They were recommended by our hotel (MGM Grand) And had the best pricing for this type of tour. We were Picked up from our hotel in a limousine, and transferred to the airport. We were Is able to upgrade to front row seating in the helicopter. I highly recommend this for the best view. The flight to the Grand Canyon was approximately 30 to 45 minutes, with lots of photo opportunities of the Hoover dam and lake Mead. Eric was our pilot. He narrated along the way. There was a good mix of narration and a good playlist to keep us entertained along the way. Overall, the flight was very smooth. We landed in the Bottom of the Grand Canyon where we had plenty of time to take pictures before sitting down for a champagne toast and snacks. Eric also took a group picture for us. We were not rushed. They had ice cold water to drink as well. My only recommendation is that they serve a sparkling cider for those who are under age or don't drink alcohol. Definitely the best way to see the Grand Canyon if you are short on time, would like to see it from a different angle. I highly recommend Papullon Helicopters and their staff. Thank you for the fabulous experience.

Quick & comfortable transportation from hotel to the helicopter. Communication was great with every staff we encountered. Our pilot Mario was wonderful. Amazing views we wouldn’t have experienced by driving. Will book Papillon again and definitely recommend to our friends & family when they visit! A+

Some of the most amazing views of the Grand Canyon you'll ever see! And Kalon Langston was the best pilot ever! The flight was breathtaking - 10/10 would visit and fly with Kalon again! He definitely deserved every penny of that tip

This tour wrapped up a 2 week vacation spanning coast to coast, and was a surprise for my wife who had never been in a helicopter or been to the Grand Canyon. From beginning to end the experience was top notch! We were picked up at our hotel by a limousine, checked in easily, met our pilot, given a safety talk, and we were on our way. At this point, My wife Jenny still didn't know what all was coming. When we started to land near the river, I thought she was going to lose her mind, lol! We finished with a sunset flight over the Vegas strip and were whisked back to our hotel via limousine. My wife said it was the highlight of the vacation and I agree!!!

We took the Highlights Over Grand Canyon AirPlane Tour on a Monday morning in a Cessna Caravan (all window seats) with Pilot Jack. It was a good value IMO. Everyone was friendly, from the pick-up, check in and drop-off. Everything was on time. Got some great views.

Our Helicopter had a mechanical issue (not while in the air!) and was unable to start at the Grand Canyon to rerun back to Vegas. The pilot (Markus) was extremely professional during the entire process, and staff quickly made the situation right when we did eventually return back to The terminal. Markus did a phenomenal job the entire time maintaining professionalism during the delay and made the extended time back to Vegas still enjoyable. I hope he gets recognized by management for all this, as he could not of handled it better! The flight process was great. Markus communicated constantly with us the entire flight pointing out details large and small as we flew over them. 10/10 would recommend, despite the mechanical issues causing a delay on return.

In the promotion, mention that they are going to look for you in a limousine and they did not arrive in it and they were late. The helicopter had no air conditioning. It does not guide in Spanish.

Very professionally run outfit. From the check in to the helicopter ride to the limo pick up and drop off, everything was top notch. First time in a helicopter. Was very comforted that the pilot was expert and clearly knew the ins and outs of every mile he was traveling.

Amazing flight!! A must do while in Vegas the night flight views of strip are fabulous. We went on the fight with our 13 year old son and it was an experience we will never forget. Papillon helicopters are the best!!

Took about a 90 minute flight over the strip, then the hoover dam and then the grand canyon. Our pilot was wonderful, he even had a Playlist of songs to play as we were flying over certain things

ASK ABOUT THEIR POLICY! They were not professional. All of us passengers were told at 2:15 the latest 2:30 the pilots would be taking us back to Las Vegas from the Grand Canyon. We didn’t leave until almost 4pm but that is because 12 is got pretty upset and complained. We even had to get managers involved because we were sarcastically and completely non empathetic we we were told “Our pilots can NOT leave until all passengers are here” (there were 3/18, that were still doing activities, so we had to wait on them) when I asked what’a the cutoff time ( I’m thinking one hour past the time) I was told until they arrive or sunset! ASK ABOUT THEIR POLICY! This is not fair when 15 of us followed protocol. The 15 of US had to accomodate for those 3 individuals. After 12 of us got pretty uoset with the idea that we had to do air until those 3 arrived to get back to our hotel. Some had flights to catch .. other reservations.. which they would not accomodate for .. because again we had to wait for those 3 to arrive.. The experience all in itself was great. Pilots were awesome. The view to Grand Canyon was incredible.
