Do not use this company to go to the Grand Canyon. They are very unprofessional. They put together in the same fly people with different excursions. I my case I was told to be back at 2.15. At 3pm the whole group started complaining because of the waiting. We were told to wait for the last passenger that in my case had some other excursions to take. We were told that it could take until sunset. What type of policy is that? I had other plans, and I'm sure the rest of the group too. I would definitely not recommend this company.

The people at Papillon were very personable and professional. The pilot was knowledgable and engaging. We had a wonderful time with spectacular views from the awesome helicopter. Not cheap, but worth it for a lifetime of great memories.

What a wonderful experience! What a magical, beautiful trip! I flew today with my son and my mother and it was an incredible experience. I recommend it as you will be amazed and humbled. Our Captain ( the German one :) was splendid. Excellent skills, flew flawless and was a charming and amusing entertainer. Loved the music, the discussion the story and overall the entire experience. It was like seeing the Canyon through the eyes of God :) I know, I know, cheesy but oh so marvelous!

Me and my wife booked the Las Vegas Strip Helicopter tour with transfers last minute(on the day) and when we tried booking it online it says there wasn’t any available slot anymore but we wanted to make sure since it was our last night in Vegas, so I called and thankfully the girl really helped us out at a much cheaper price! We got picked up by their Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with 3 other couples. When we arrived we checked-in the counter and while waiting they showed us a video of their health and safety protocol, then we were called by our names and where we were from and announced us what helicopter # we were assigned. Rode the bus to the terminal where the helicopters were, and the captain greeted us, said some reminders and told us our seating assignments. What shocked us was he mentioned that it’s a special night for me and my wife(we didn’t tell them about any special occasion) then we got assigned on the FRONT ROWS! it takes $50 EACH to get a guaranteed front row seats and so me and my wife were really psyched about it! And lastly since we were booked at the last time slot (11:30 PM) there were only a few of us left for the transfers going back to our hotel. We were at 1st confused as the cars parked were already off and we were literally the only couple left but then a few mins after a limo came and it was privately for us! the man who was assigned to manage where we should ride for our transfer back to our hotel said he really intended for us to be the last ones to ride our hotel transfers so we can have the limo privately! All through out from booking experience till the end it was absolutely fantastic and memorable for me and my wife! When we thought all slots were sold out, they still accommodated us when we called at the last minute and at a CHEAPER PRICE! It was my wife’s 1st time on a helicopter and got FRONT ROW SEATS! And it was both our 1st time to ride a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter & Limo(in which we got to ride it PRIVATELY!!) They made our last night in Vegas SUPER MEMORABLE AND MAGICAL!! It wasn’t really a special occasion for us except that it was our last night in Vegas and it was our date night and didn’t tell them anything but we felt like we were treated like VIPs!! The only thing we regretted was we didn't get to tip the man who really intended for us to drive the limo privately and the limo driver - me and my wife was too shocked and got caught up in the moment and only remembered to do it after everything settled in for us.

I booked for my husband and three boys… they did the private tour to ensure the little ones has the best views possible. They said it was the most amazing experience ever!!! The videos they took were proof of the amazing views they saw. They were extremely excited their pilot was from our home state. I was told he made the experience “insanely cool”, and that he was “super nice”. They all felt like rock stars being picked up by the limo. Travis (I think) was super personable and I felt safe sending them off with him, he picked them up and brought them back with a great attitude. The office staff was so kind in answering all my (paranoid motherly) questions. They were always quick to respond and comforting. We did have to save up for this but it turned out to be so worth it. The whole situation turned out so perfect! I’m so happy the family has this memory!!!

This was an incredible way to experience the Grand Canyon. All the employees were polite and funny. Our pilot was Roman and if you're into dad humor, he's got you covered! We listened to some great music and gained plenty of insight throughout the whole tour. This is 100% worth your time.

Amazing experience! We did the 40-50 minute imperial tour and had Tony as our aviator. The tour, the views, the history, and Tony were all phenomenal!!! We couldn’t have asked for better! We took our 3 kids (15, 13, and 10) and they kept saying “wow” and “holy cow” every few seconds - for the entire flight! It was absolutely breathtaking! You must experience the Canyon from the air to understand its enormity. And we can’t say enough good things about Tony! He was spectacular! Talked to all of us - especially the kids - and was super informative. Our son is interested in flying so Tony even have him an overview of all the instruments!!! We got a science lesson, geography lesson, flying lesson, and much, much more on our trip. Thank you so much Papillon and Tony! You helped give us memories for a lifetime!!!!

Loved the flight, but was really shuttled through and felt like cattle. Didn't even know you could pay $20 for a picture with my family in the helicopter, which I GLADLY would have, untill AFTER the flight and we saw it in the gift shop. Too late then. Also, the pilot was talking for a while, then realized he didn't have the mic on, so we missed about 5 minutes of explanation. Overall, it was an amazing flight, and would do it again, but will probably pick another company. Really hope the company reads this and makes corrections, and maybe even emails me.

They give you the best Grand Canyon experience you may ever have!!! The pick up and the drop off from the hotel was amazing and the pilot’s,she was outstanding and give me and my parents the best time we ever had in Las Vegas!!! Highly recommended spending time with them 🤗
