We had such a great experience with papillon! They arrived early and were able to give us plenty of time to get ready to board our plane. The recorded audio tour on the plane was also fantastic! The pilots and staff were what made the trip, I highly recommend taking their ATV tour with the bar 10.

If booking on another website like groupon or similar call them directly to make sure they don't get wrong amount of passengers wrong happens when you don't use their website sometimes

With only a couple of days to visit Grand Canyon from the Southern Rim, we decided that we needed to see it from the air. Papillon came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. The experience defies words - it was almost spiritual, really. Our pilot, Steve, was great. He was informative, helpful and communicative. With five of us, we decided to go with the Ecostar tour. The flight was incredibly smooth and everyone really enjoyed themselves. It was not cheap, but well worth it.

I have revised my previous review because I found out that a large part of the problems we had were due to Papillion's business partner Gray Line Las Vegas. Papillion's management and customer service took the situation we had seriously and refunded our money. I applaud Papillion for the great customer service. I know they realize that they couldn't change the awful experience that we had but hopefully they will hold their business partners to a higher standard in the future.

What an amazing experience. The entire staff was very attentive and professional. They made us feel very welcome during our waiting time. The pilot was awesome and ver professional. He made our flight very enjoyable!!! What a great team!!!

We booked the Grand Canyon Imperial tour in the EcoStar helicopter. There were four of us plus the pilot and a trainee pilot. There was room for all of us and the visibility was fantastic. The two wives get air sick so they sat up front and the pilot (Sean?) was very smooth and we had no problems. The Canyon is impressive and well worth the flight. Once on the ground, we discovered that the taxi would not be able to pick us up in time for our dinner reservations at El Tovar. Ester, one of the staff, came out to drive us herself so we could make dinner. All in all, a professional crew with great equipment and pilots and a staff that obviously will go out of their way to please you.

Absolutely the most exhilarating experience! Our pilot gave us the smoothest ride. Seeing the Grand Canyon from a helicopter will always take my breath away every time I remember that day.

The shuttle bus, airplane, helicopters and boat were all clean and most enjoyable to ride in. All the staff, pilots and captain were professional in appearance and manner. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They are in the business of customer service and perform it well. The facility that they base their operations out of is clean, inviting and well-maintained; also up-to-date and nicely decorated. They communicate very well before and during your excursion, your day is laid out with precise instructions, no confusion or guesswork. They are punctual from shuttle to plane to helicopter to boat, the only waiting you do is for other persons taking the same trip with you. If you want a great experience on your excursion choose this company, they live up to their wonderful reviews.

The best activity of our trip. We had a limo ride to ourselves to the location and shared a limo drive back with several others. The limo driver even dropped us off a block further from our hotel so that we could get to the High Roller quicker. The staff is friendly and our pilot was fun and narrated the ride for us with a great selection of music. The helicopter seats 6 with the weight distribution having the bigger folks in the backseat as opposed to the front 2 seat next to the pilots. The group that we were in, each person was able to get a window seat view. My daughter sat up front with the pilot, my wife in the middle back and I was next to the window. My daughter and I had the better seats to take a video. Ride was only 15 minutes long but a great experience none the less.

So I have been on helicopters before and actually went on this same trip with Maverick last year. I must say that Papillon is night and day better. RJ “with the awesome red beard”was not only witty, funny and personable. He was just an overall joy to fly with. The views are amazing the tour was informative. I will definitely only fly with Papillon from now on.

This was an outstanding trip. At first I was dubious about the cost, but it proved well worth it. Pilot’s guiding information made it a great trip. The views are indescribable. It was just a great, beautiful time. The only criticism I have is that we went to the beginning of the canyon where it’s not very deep. Still wow factors, but not the same as mid-canyon. Still, a great morning.
