Took my husband on a 50th birthday helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon. Our pilot, Collin was amazing, smooth take off, flight, and landing, music playlist could not have been more fitting. Could not have asked for a more amazing experience. Very professional from booking to landing. Views of the Grand Canyon, spectacular; a very moving experience.. Worth the money, must do! When we make it back to Grand Canyon, we will do it again!

Can't say enough! Prompt pickup from Green Valley Resort, which allowed us to maximize our day. Check-in process was seamless. They confirm your reservation while you step on a very discreet scale. This allows them to assign seats based on weight to even out the helicopter. Our pilot, Robbie, was EXCEPTIONAL. He was friendly, informative, and personable. The sites are obviously breathtaking and truly an unforgettable excursion. Flying THROUGH the canyon was magical. Highly, highly recommend!

We did the 45 minute tour. Very $, but worth it. A flyover for tourists. Somewhat commercial. Enjoyable and memorable.

The flight experience and the pilot were awesome! That's the only reason for 2 stars, otherwise I would give them 0 if I could! They had 55 minutes delay without telling us. They just made us wait there! They could have called/texted us or even when we got there just be upfront and tell us there is a delay, instead they said we will call your name momentarily! The staff member were so rude: after 30 min delay I asked one of staff about the delay and he just walked away while I was talking to him! They require face mask while their staff don't wear mask! No mention that we wouldn't be able to communicate with eachother or the pilot for the entire flight! I called ahead to ask about covid restrictions, they said we'd have to wear masks on the helicopter, and in the buildings. After some debate we decided to spend over $1000 to take ourselves and 3 kids on a family flight over the grand canyon. It wasn't until we boarded the helicopter that we discovered all the mouthpieces were disabled or removed from the headsets. What?! We paid for a family bonding experince, yet you won't allow us to communicate for the entire flight. If that information was shared in advance we wouldn't have come. They claimed it was a covid precaution. But we are wearing masks which protect us from actually contacting the microphone 🤷‍♂️. As an additional measure, could you sanitize the microphones, or cover them with a new plastic or foam sleeve between flights? There's always another way. Also, it's polite to ask a guest, who's rented out an entire flight, whom they'd like to have in the premium front seat. The pilot just assigns a seat, claiming it's for weight, but we're all within 15 pound of eachothers weight. This flight was a specific celebration for one member of our family and we would have requested that they get the best seat. But we were never asked. The helicopter, pilot, and overall expericne were fun, but not what they should have been. I'm hoepful that a papillon representative reaches out to me. Wished we'd waited for our first helicopter flight 😒.

Helicopter tour was fantastic. Shuttle service needs some work. Pickup was smooth and easy. After the flight, we watched as several shuttle buses were loaded going to hotels all around us but none to our hotel. After a 1/2 hour wait we ended up ordering an UBER.

We had the most AMAZING day flying over the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, and stopping to hike around Guano Point and the Skywalk area. The helicopter was clean and seemed nice (idk a whole lot about helicopters, but it got us there and back) but the pilot Charles was really the best part of the experience. He asked if any of us had been on a helicopter before and adjusted his plans accordingly. He talked through everything he was doing and what was normal, he offered to take our pictures in front of the helicopter, he was full of information about the area, and he was genuinely a great host/pilot. He is truly an asset to the company and I HIGHLY recommend him!

Just toured with papillon Grand Canyon tours with a floor landing and champagne toast. Our pilot Andrew was thoughtful and patient with my 83 year old father and helpful with my daughter who has a paralyzed right arm. He was energetic and clearly has a love of flying, the area, and people. Our shuttle drivers were friendly and patient as well. I can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you for a memorable moment for my family, and a unique view of God’s glory!

We were celebrating our 70th birthdays so my husband and I decided to take the helicopter/pontoon/skywalk tour. It was wonderful and the views breathtaking! Everyone treated us with respect and kindness. Highly recommend their services.
