It was an amazing experience! our pilot was Great....obviously because she was from Missouri, like us! You have to see the Canyon from this point of view. Well worth the money. I could do that flight everyday! so much fun.

Everything was wonderful except couple issues. First was the young man who just said go to helicopter that way. Upon returning had no idea where to go.and didn't find out until some guy asked what our confusion was. I told him we had just got back and didn't know where to go, assumed he realized from helicopter ride but didn't. In response all we got was him looking at me like I was stupid and said from where. So told us where to go and the same person from before met us about half way back to where we started. He gave us a map and said to go through white building and catch any bus. Most of us had no idea which door led to buses so found out from person who worked there. We only had an hour to catch bus, go to skywalk, gift shoft and 2 points of interest that had to catch bus for. By time waited half hour for skywalk, which shutdown before got on, we had no time for anything else. The person had problems with was extremely rude to middle east family and didn't do much to keep us informed about flight delay. I could go on but that was the highlights. Everything felt rushed at grand canyon, from what I understood we would have time to explore. If it hadn't ben for rude guy we would have thoroughly enjoyed and given 5 stars.

Took the Floor landing tour to the West Rim, views were amazing, pilot Marcus was very nice and had great music and commentary during the flight. We would definitely do this again. Recommend 1000%

I highly recommend going on this tour, it was amazing! Our pilot was very professional and had a great sense of humor, made me laugh out loud. Seeing the Grand Canyon this way.... priceless!

Not too impressed with the tape recording this time. Hard to hear. Pilot was nice but flight not as accommodating this time to ensure all guests are able to see both views. It was much better first time with shorter flight and better dialogue. Definitely way overpriced at $300 pp. employees in building not very welcoming at all. Not at all like a few years ago.

please ask when you arrive if the helicopter has gas!!! they canceled our trip while we were waiting on the helicopter pad to load!!!! suppose to be a bucket list trip for my terminal husband with ALS. Turned into a the worst disappointment possible for a dying man. The best part...they took no responsibility, blaming the fuel company! How do you not know you helicopters are not fueled??????

Went at sunrise. Not only was this one of the top bucket experiences of my life, but it was THE top tour guide experience of my life! Our pilot, Allie,was THE BEST! She dropped ALL her geological, ecological, and sociological knowledge the whole way. She was smart, fun, and funny. She is so blessed in life and made me feel so blessed I was brought to tears.. Best experience! Keep on keepin' on, Allie! ❤

The people are nice the pilot was great but the experience is what you pay for and the sights are breath taking. This is a must do if you are ever in the area for sure.

I bought a sunset tour to Grand Canyon with champagne picnic for my husband as a gift for our 5 year anniversary. It started good, everything on time, good instructions for the hotel pick up. We were told that everyone had assigned seat based on weight. I was seated in the back row between my husband and 2 other people and I had absolutely no view. 2 men were seated in the front row with panoramic view. The pilot said we would change our seats later. Champagne picnic was horrible. One table for 6 people. One bottle of champagne for 6 people and couple of crackers as appetizers. I expected at least a table for 2, one bottle of champagne for 2 and a fruit platter or something (I thought it was a romantic picnic). On the way back the pilot offered to change the seats between me and my husband. It was weird because they said earlier that the seats assigned based on weight. I asked if we could sit in the front row with panoramic view. The pilot said it’s impossible because of the weigh (again - weird) and also that the people in the front paid extra. I asked how much did they pay and he answered that he can not disclose this information (WHAT?????). There also was 1 more available seat in the front row which I was not offered. I was about to pay extra. I already spent over $1000 for that “romantic thing”, $100-$200 was ok for panoramic view. When I was making a reservation there was an option for an upgrade and I took this option. There was no option to get front row seats or something. Now I don’t understand what I got by upgrading. I paid $539 per person. There was no view. There was no romantic picnic. Very disappointed.

Took a helicopter tour 45 min to grand canyon and 45 min back, can surely say this one of the COOLEST experiences in my life!!! and I have traveled a LOT!!! Pilot Chris was excellent, informative, friendly, super funny! Would definitely recommend to everyone :)
