We had a great experience with Papillion. We felt the wait was a little long, 2.5 hours when we were "scheduled" for 1:05 . Also the "lunch" should be advertised as a "snack lunch". Our pilot was awesome and the trip itself from pick up to drop off was awe inspiring.

Fantastic. From booking the flight, online, until the helicopter landed, it was a first class experience! Frieda and Ester were delightful! They were kind, courteous, engaging, and very knowledgeable! They answered all of my questions with grace and professionalism. Our pilot, Collin, was masterful with the flight, even it was very bumpy, choppy, and turbulent today as the wind seemed to be blowing a kazillion miles an hour. The turbulence couldn't distract us from the awe-inspiring beauty of God's creation. It's not a cheap experience, but, come on man, you've wasted waaaay more money on junk food and coffee. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, most people get married more times than fly in a helicopter! It would be worth it at 2x the price. Speaking of price. DEFINITELY pay the extra $50 to fly up front, so u don't have to sit in back with all the commoners! J/K... Do it, pay the extra amount, it's worth it.

The Grand Canyon is, no was, on my bucket list and this experience far surpassed my expectations. From the moment I was picked-up at my hotel to the time we returned from the flight - everything was wonderful. I felt safe in the hands of, Anthony, a former Navy pilot and appreciated his sense of humor and personality. The view was overwhelming, I was speechless.

It was the best experience ever. They were able to help get my son in the helicopter with no problem. My son is in an electric wheelchair and has very little mobility. Everyone was nice and helpful, the pilot was the best ever and had selected the most appropriate music for the experience.

AWESOME! That’s the only way I can describe it. From the front desk people to the ground crew (Hey there Indianapolis, Indiana!), to our pilot, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time in a helicopter and my first view of the Grand Canyon. The whole experience took my breath away. If you have any doubts, just go for it. You won’t be sorry.

I'm so glad I decided to do this! Seeing the Grand Canyon by helicopter is definitely the best! It was easy to book online, our pilot (Glen I think?) was fantastic and the views were incredible! It was definitely worth the price!!
