Professional and friendly from start to finish. Honestly one of the most amazing experiences, it's absolutely worth it! Pilot was friendly and awesome, the ride was amazing, the picnic location was great, and watching helicopters take off and land was fun! I would absolutely do it all over again with a smile!

Booking on line was quick and easy as was the check in at the airport. They were easy to find in the small airport and very nice and accommodating. They was a quick safety briefing and bathroom stop and we were ready for takeoff. The flight from the airport to the canyon was about five minutes and then 30 plus minutes flying over the Grand Canyon. The helicopter experience over the canyon was beyond expectations. Spend a little extra money and see the canyon from above. You won’t regret it. The pilot gave us a very smooth ride on a bit of a windy day. He pointed out highlights and played music when he wasn’t talking. He did a great job and we felt safe with him. That means a lot to me because I am somewhat afraid of heights. We flew with 85 and 87 year old parents and the staff and pilot were accommodating to them as well. I don’t have a lot to compare to but the experience was GREAT! Save a little extra money for your trip and fly with Papillon.

Our pilot Marcus did a great job narrating everything and flying the helicopter. Everything was very professional, organized, and well executed. Incredible views of beautiful, remote places you simply can't get anywhere else. Well worth the money and the half day of vacation. If you're thinking about it you won't regret signing up.
