Great 10 minute tour!

Package purchase was worth the cost. Nice experience! My only recommendation is for front desk staff to be courteous and provide eye contact to customers. Awful customer service. I think his name was Ricky. He did not make our group feel welcome and when speaking to us and directing us never even gave us eye contact. Instant regret of purchasing through Papillon but The pilot and staff on land and boat were very nice and pleasant and made our trip worth it.

We had a great trip. It was my wife's first time and she was very nervous. Andy was super attentive and made sure she was at ease and comfortable through the flight. We were picked up and dropped off right at the hotel. Definitely a great experience that made our trip memorable.

Wife and I were in LV for a conference and our anniversary in August 2021. We put this on our must-see list and made reservations for the Grand Canyon tour well before our arrival. These guys are awesome! Easy reservations on line, quick shuttle from hotel on the strip, fast check-in, very clear instructions and very friendly staff. 6 Stars really. Our Pilot was "G" who is from Iceland and he was funny, good for a few laughs out and back. Very entertaining. HIGHLY recommend the option for the landing in the bottom of the canyon for a small bite and champagne! Book a tour, you won't regret it!

This is a must for visiting the Grand Canyon. It is smooth, good length, informative, fun and you will get some of the best views and pictures. If you can’t hike down inside, at least enjoy the view most others will not. Absolutely no complaints about this tour, the flight, the equipment or anything. Thank you for helping make our visit to the Canyon so memorable.
