We requested front seat . Called 4 weeks ahead to confirm first seat availability. But when we show up they gave us rear seat. Use different company they can guarantee front row seating.

Had the greatest time on this adventure. Only complaint is wishing we took a longer tour! The staff was great and so glad that I asked about upgrading to a front seat! The view was just simply amazing. Thanks for an amazing time!

Took a night flight tour of Las Vegas strip for my girlfriend and I. It was the first time we had been in a helicopter, and our pilot made the experience enjoyable. Overall, I enjoyed the tour, but I paid extra for the front seats thinking we would have a much better view, but most of my time was spent trying to see over the pilot console as the seating arrangement and flight path puts the pilot on the inside nearest the strip, and you are stuck looking out into the desert for most of the flight. I was a bit disappointed that I was upsold a "better view from the front" when I actually saw the instrument panel for the most part. Would fly again if the flight path were reversed, but definitely won't bother with the front seat upgrade.

Excellent customer service. They respond very quickly and are always trying help you. I had to move my trip 5 times and also I had to request the refund of the money of some friends who could not travel with me. They always respond with the best attitude and in minutes. Loved it..... can't say enough about the staff and experience. Highly recommend taking the time to fly to the grand canyon while in Vegas. Peter our pilot, was great. Only negative was due to covid, you could not use the microphones on the headsets. Look forward to doing it again in the future.

Oh my gosh, what an experience. From the pickup at the hotel to drop off. All the staff was very nice. Can't say enough about the trip. Breathtaking views, the pilot Peter was utmost professional. Great value and if you never been in a helicopter, quit the experience. Highly recommend.

This is a must do. The views were unbelievable. Papillon's staff were very professional and took great care of us. We went on a very windy day, however the pilot did an excellent job. Awesome experience!
