What can I say 5 out 5 I loved everything about this tour! Marcus our pilot was great too! Only I would change is wish we could talk and interact with the pilot we could hear him but he couldn’t hear us.

No better way to get a sense of the Grand Canyon and see its beauty! Not only was this a great tour but the staff and their attention to detail really made the experience fantastic. The soundtrack you hear through your headset was perfectly done, our pilot was great and like I said, the whole staff were professional and nice. I highly recommend Papillon!

Fantastic tours to the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas city..very nice pilot's and helpful personal as well a nice limousine pick up from your resort to the airport round trip..Love these guy's.

I was booked on a 1.50 PM tour for the canyons, the tour did not start until 2.05 PM. On checking with the lady at front desk she is really rude and informed that they are waiting on another passenger who was suppose to arrive on a Bus. On checking on why can’t they keep the tours on time and respect the time of the passengers who were here on time the lady was really unresponsive, unapologetic and said she will do what management asked her to do. The flights were delayed by 25 mins and ruined my flight experience. Never coming back again!

The helicopter flight from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon was the highlight of our trip! Andrew, our pilot, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He pointed out interesting landmarks and even provided commentary on the way to and from the Grand Canyon. The entire experience was seamless and well coordinated, and I would undoubtedly recommend this to anyone.

Very professional.. pilot and staff. We enjoy every min. My GF first trip on a air plane to Las Vegas. So we had to see the Grand Canyon and Hoover dam and she loved the chopper ride and the amazing views. We would recommend this ride to anyone who wants a once in lifetime chopper ride through god’s country. Thanks Ryan an Angie.
