The staff is very professional with responding to the issue that we had on our helicopter trip. I just ask that all passengers listen to the instructions given, so that they don't ruin the trip for others. I booked the flight for my brother's birthday. A passenger kept her flash on her camera during the entire flight; which ruined the flight for us. When stated our concerns to the staff; they notated my account for when I called the manager. Throughout the process, the staff was so professional and willing to assist us with a resolution. When I return to Las Vegas... I WILL book another flight with them. Thank you so much

This tour was amazing!! It was my first time in a helicopter and first time at the Grand Canyon and our pilot, Chris, did an amazing job showing us the sites and explaining what we were seeing. The ride was very smooth and comfortable. The landings and take offs were smooth, couldn't have asked for a better host. Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in touring the Grand Canyon and the Las Vegas strip. Thanks Papillion.

Not worth the money. The majority of the tour was spent waiting in the helicopter ride that lasted ten minutes. Your are not allowed to take pictures out-of the helicopter. The ride over Vegas was beautiful, but you should go with a company that allows you to capture your experience

We took this helicopter tour in Vegas and was amazing, there are not words to describe how great was this trip, we bought the tickets on the app Groupon and was not expensive, the flight is around 15-19 minutes but it worth it, I highly recommend this place and the staff is amazing as well, 5/5β¦..
