We had a great experience with Matthew as our pilot. We were disappointed yesterday when our flight was cancelled due to weather but today more than made up for the inconvenience! Highly recommend for a different Las Vegas experience!

If I could rate greater than 5 stars I would, the service was great, and our pilot Josh was just the best, he was nice and a great tour guide and pilot. The service was just all around great and I would definitely come back with a friend if I could.

Everything was good, the helicopter, the pilot, the flight itself but I was seated at the opposite side of the pilot and I didn't see anything. I had a view of the dark mountains but not the casinos. Even on the return trip the helicopter had me facing the non casino side. If you book this flight it's at the risk of not being able to enjoy the beautiful Vegas strip lights and just getting a view of the dark mountain side instead

Did the night time strip flight. Easy check in, great pilot superb experience. Need to be on left side or upfront in the helicopter for best view of the strip, but you don't choose seat, you are allocated to balance the load.

We went in December of 2021. It was my girlfriend 's birthday. The staff was very helpful and our pilot, Andy, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He even was able to video my marriage proposal when we touched down in the Grand Canyon. Add in the door to door transportation, and it was total professionalism from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone considering it. Thanks Papillion! ❤💯

When I called in to make the reservation, the Phone Reservation person, spent as much time as I needed to book our tour. Checking in was easy, and that person was especially generous and kind. The pilot was great, and informative. The entire experience was incredibly memorable.

We took a strip 15 minutes tour. My son and I were seated in the middle seats in the back. So we could hardly see anything interesting. All I was able to see is the parking lots with cars parked. Nothing amazing that you wouldn’t see while you walk down the strip.

After several attempts to reach out to the company about our negative experience due to a hour and half delay in departure. Then another hour wait for the helicopter ride. Don’t waste your money on the extended excursion (flight, skywalk, helicopter and boat ride) because they do not give you enough time to see everything at the Grand Canyon due to overbooking. What was suppose to be a great time turned into a time crunch to make it back so we did not miss our flight back to Bolder City. That ended up being delayed 45 mins that we could have used to not be so rushed.

We had a great tour, we saw the Hoover dam and the grand Canyon in one tour which was smooth and safe!

Awesome experience. Got to listen to some good music through the headsets on the helicopter during the ride. Down to earth people and first class service. Liked getting shuttled from my hotel and back.
