The tour was postponed because it was raining and visibility was very poor. We took the helicopter with good visibility the next day, and it was perfect. The commentary on the grand canyon was even made in French

We booked 9 days in advance for my son’s 21st birthday present to fly on 13th September at 12.10. We found out the flight was cancelled on the day when picked up. Our names were highlighted on the drivers passenger manifest and he broke the news to us. I understand flights can be cancelled but this was particularly cruel. It took well over a week for them to refund our money.

Papillon uses a company called Adrenaline do not use Adrenaline to book your excursions. There customer service is atrocious. Before you book check and double your booking cause Adrenaline can change it without a care in the world. They have not answered any if my emails.
