Fantastic experience flying with Steven over the Grand Canyon. 1 hr morning tour was just perfect amount of time to see all the highlights and be back to the strip with majority of the day remaining! Pickup and dropoff was super efficient as well. Great operation!

Chwaters !!! We booked flight and boats. When we arrived they said there is no boat, flight will be delayed 3 hours but … price is The same. Shame!!!

The customer service of Papillon Crand Canyon Helicopter is a joke. We got told by the staff, named Amro Alshajaal, that the helicopter could not land at the bottom of the Grand Canyon. The reason is the boat has emergency issue. Our package is $275 which includes helicopter and boat. But, he only offered us either fly the helicopter or not fly and get the refund. His attitude is horrible. We asked about compensation like flying for longer time, just land at the bottom of the Grand Canyon but not taking the boat, or get a partial refund from not taking the boat trip. Amro just rejected our suggestions and without apology. Another customer complained that he didn't even feel sorry, and then he just said 'I'm sorry' immediately a bad attitude. He didn't feel sorry truthfully. That really ruined my experience in Grand Canyon. When I asked for Amro to show his staff card so that I can write a complaint letter with his name, another staff stopped me from verifying his real name. So, he just spelled his name to me.
