Slight confusion over pick up as the bus had helicopter on the side but once we were on the pick up bus all was great Coffee and snacks available at Boulder airport whilst awaiting the flight which was awesome Grand Canyon is very spiritual and the local tribe there was more than happy to share their experiences and stories with us Finally back to our hotel - long day but absolutely worth the time and money We got some fantastic pictures and memories

Very good experience for my first trip to the Grand Canyon with only a few hours available to spare . Papillon company was organized and very professional looking. Helped ease my fears about the safety of the helicopters. I did pay extra to sit in the front seat of the helicopter and I think it was worth it. The next time I go to Vegas, I will try to allot a full day so that I can see the South Rim which is the Grand Canyon you see in movies.

Leider hat es uns garnicht gefallen. Es war reine Massenabfertigung, und wird gebeten 45 minuten vorher da zu sein um dann wie beim Militär behandelt zu werden. Man wird vom Piloten platziert, was an und für sich ja okay ist, dann gibt es keinen kampf um die plätze. Wir waren zu dritt, und zwei von drei haben leider fast garnichts gesehen. Man wird gefragt ob ma um 30$ pro person upgraden will - es wird schon gesagt dass es nicht zu 100% passt, leider hat es bei uns nicht geklappt, somit haben wir uns 90$ gespart. Nach dem Flug wird einem ein verschwommenes Foto vorm Helikopter um 39$ angeboten- Der gesamt Preis ist eine absolute frechheit. Die Preis-Leistung hat nicht gepasst.

We booked a flight for 5 people, some are elderly in their late 70’s. When the day came there was high winds with a wind advisory with gusts of winds up to 60 mph. I called several times and they kept saying they were not canceling the ride…. The time came and the elderly were so scared they refused to go because they were extremely scared with the winds. I called multiple times and with no response except we will not refund nor reschedule you. When someone is literally in fear for their life because of the winds you would think they would do better to accommodate! I would give them a no star if I could.

ich wurde gefragt ob ich ein Upgrade möchte um neben dem Piloten zu sitzen , habe natürlich ja gesagt. Hinterher ging es nicht mehr. hinten rechts konnte man kaum was sehen vom Strip.
