It was a great experience touring the Grand Canyon, however this experience was not as good as the one I had more than a decade ago as the service was impersonal and the headset on the helicopter was not working for most of the passengers. For the amount we are paying, these things should be working. The ground crew was also not helpful at all with passengers getting on and off the helicopter.

Great experience and great crew , would highly recommend, loved the helicopter rides and time spend in the base of the canyon/ the boat trip with the local tribesmen. Worth every penny.
