Took this trip as a birthday gift for my wife. The views were amazing. The ride in the helicopter not so great. The ride was really uncomfortable due to the AC not really working. My clothes were soaked with sweat. The pilot said very little the entire flight. You would think they might give you some fun facts while you rode in silence for 30 mins. Might even earn them a tip if they were a little more talkative. Probably wouldn’t do it again. At least not with this company.

Great way to discover the Grand Canyon! I flew with Papillon 24 years ago and it was great! This year I came back with my family, and even if the flight was great, the experience was not at the level O expected for such a flight: 1- The BEL copters are really old. 2- They put the wrong language for the accompanying speech… ( no everyone in Belgium is not Dutch speaker…) at least they should have asked before for confirmation. + it was impossible to ask the pilot to change… 3- pilots don’t care about passengers. They don’t even say one word… 4- like in a very commercial attraction, the only way to have a picture in front of the helicopter is to buy the paper version at 25€ that they take of you. Not even possible to make an own selfie. 5- there was a delay of one hour due to “technical issue”😱 They could at least have propose some water, or the picture in compensation… 6- 2 of the 4 headset were not working… and only one Mike was working… so dédite what they said, it was not possible to communicate between us during the flight. Pilots were off, so impossible to tell them. So YES it’s incredible to flight above the Grand Canyon, but I’m not convince I’ll flight a third time with Papillon. 🤔

It was an amazing experience!! Everything was super organized- from the start to the end. Our pilot Cane explained and told us many interesting facts about the landscape below us. The Grand Canyon itself is unique from this perspective 😍 We enjoyed the flight with our Cane🚁🤗

After reading all the reviews we tried to book with a different company because Papillon gets bashed a little, but they were the only company with an opening. Five stars beginning to end!! Best ride ever, Jimmy our pilot was the most fun guy ever. 100% recommend this company and all the pilots appeared cool and knowledgeable. So much fun, scary but fun!!
