This is the second time that I've done the nighttime strip tour. I took my best friend this time and my family last time, and everyone had a wonderful time. It was extra exciting for me this time because the sphere was lit up and I thought that was really really cool. I will say the first time we went they were blasting danger zone by Kenny Loggins as we took off and that was absolutely amazing. This time however you couldn't really hear the music but I saw that it was playing so if they fixed that it'll be good and I do wish the trip was maybe five minutes longer it seemed a lot shorter this time.

Our pilot Alfred was courteous and very knowledgeable. He and his crew got us to the fly area quickly but determined we needed to move to a better site. 10 minutes later we were there and getting balloon set up and inflated. Flight was beautiful and we felt very safe. I would recommend Rainbow Ryders for anyone looking to take flight over Alburquerque.

He and his crew got us to the fly area quickly but determined we needed to move to a better site. 10 minutes later we were there and getting balloon set up and inflated. We did the hour and a half tour of Hoover Dam and western end of the Grand Canyon/ Colorado River. Our Pilot Mike did a great job. Very informative. Only negative we might have, is that we wished A/C worked a little better. But outside air temperature was around 102 F.

Great experience with this flight over the Grand Canyon. A shuttle took us from our hotel to border. City. The employees was welcoming. After a short safety video and a quick briefing, we went in the helicopter with the pilot, Leah. She was nice and had a lot to share about the Grand Canyon, the Hoover Dam and the Colorado River. This was our first time in a helicopter and the flight was smooth and easy. Get it if you can.

Took this trip as a birthday gift for my wife. The views were amazing. The ride in the helicopter not so great. The ride was really uncomfortable due to the AC not really working. My clothes were soaked with sweat. The pilot said very little the entire flight. You would think they might give you some fun facts while you rode in silence for 30 mins. Might even earn them a tip if they were a little more talkative. Probably wouldn’t do it again. At least not with this company.
