We took the strip ride & it was an amazing experience. We felt quite safe. Though quite short, we felt complete. Actually we had lost our way & reported late at the office. But the lady at the counter was very courteous and accommodated us in the next ride. We highly recommend this ride .

Nous avons fait un tour d’une vingtaine de minutes, ce qui peut sembler court mais en réalité permet de voir le canyon d’une manière incroyable ! Le pilote donne beaucoup d’explications, et étant placés à l’avant de l’hélicoptère nous avons eu une vue exceptionnelle (forcément meilleure que ceux placés à l’arrière, on est placés en fonction du poids et de la taille). Nous avons vraiment adorer.

Waste of money. A real 'Meh' experience. Was supposed to be the highlight of our trip. Definitely was not. Stressful. Underwhelming. Rude apathetic ground staff. The flight experience was almost dull and the helicopter we had was older and cramped. Save your money get two or three expensive dinners instead. The lookout points of the Grand Canyon via shuttle and car are far more fun and rewarding especially at sunset. We waited over an hour for our flight even though it was supposed to be the first one of the day and groups were brought to their helicopters, for their later flights, before us. We were given numerous excuses in a rude and apathetic manner. When we finally did get on our tour, an hour later, we were put on an old helicopter with two pilots in the front. My partner I put down $100 to be in the front if it was feasible. Obviously with two pilots in the front it was not, but they charged my partner's card $100 anyway. I had to call to get the $100 reversed and had to go so far as to tell them I had a video of the pilots in both front seats. There was no real communication except for the initial hello otherwise it's headphones with outdated obnoxious theme music. Of the 25 minute flight about a third of it was over flat land. Between the one hour wait without apology, explanation or concern from ground staff, the uninspiring flight, and a lack of concern by corporate and customer service that we had this experience, consider tha this may be your experience also. No lovely memories... just regret for being foolish and booking this tour.
