The actual helicopter flight with Nate was fabulous. He talked us through the places on the strip and even played music to match his comments - pretty funny. We were lucky as we were able to fly as a family of 6. Transportation to a one from the helicopter was good. Downside was the photo that was taken of us outside the helicopter was blurry and you couldn’t really tell we were stood at a helicopter - no propellers but they wanted to sell it to us for $40. No way

Very commercial and impersonal. We had a 20 min tour and the in flight headphones were playing cheesy music and then we had 1/2 the time with audio in a different language. Would recommend a smaller company that can provide a more personalized experience. They had about 6 helicopters going out at a time. Our sunrise flight was also delayed due to the helicopter requiring maintenance and no refund and discount was offered. Otherwise I do recommend heli in grand canyon as it's gorgeous, but would choose a smaller company next time.
