Amazing experience. I’d recommend trying another provider though. Mediocre service, lines, weird needing to ask for refund when you don’t get front seat priority thing you paid for, even though they know you didn’t get it.

Thought we had front seat got there at 6 first people there waited an hour till 7 people came in at 645 got first 3 helicopters in front t of us then went to get on and then they said we didn't pay for front seat and I showed them I did and he was like tell the front desk after the ride,couldn't walk in there and try and fix it ,it was for my wife's birthday day ,then they said it was over people's weight why we didn't get front seats but they was exactly same size,got stuck in middle seat couldn't see the hoover dam hardly at all because of helicopter turning at the timeout the view ,then my headset did not work the first half of ride so missed out of the explaining of everything ,overall they didn't seem to be very organized, front desk wasn't helpful when we got back either

This was a once in a lifetime experience! Our pilot was Ethan & he was wonderful. We did the Grand Canyon landing with champagne toast tour. The flight was smooth & views were breathtaking. If you are thinking of booking with Papillon, highly recommend them for an unforgettable Vegas adventure!
