Not accommodating, accessible or comfortable
Small plane with lot of turbulence. We were told we will go on helicopter than plane, the helicopter the when they did take us on the tarmac, it was plane. Pick-up was far from our hotel and they did not have a wheel chair for my Dad even after requesting. I probably will not use vaitor or papillon (your operating vendor) anymore, at least I feel that way right ow

A true tribute to Wizard of Oz!
The show was awesome! I'm a huge Wizard of Oz fan, and I was worried they would ruin it. They didn't. They did shorten it by cutting out dead time, and shortened some conversations--nothing you will miss. The effects were pretty awesome. Highly recommend.

35 minute daytime helicopter ride over Hoover Dam and Las Vegas Strip
This was a perfect experience - from making the reservation to experiencing the flight. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They made sure that my husband (who has a bad leg) got a front seat in the helicopter. Our pilot was friendly and informative and made us all comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and this experience!
