Our second tour with Benoit He is excellent.

This was a full day and it was a good one. Point Du Hoc was my favorite stop and our guide had really good information throughout. We went on a week day and it wasn’t as crowded. There’s a museum at each stop and a lot to do but because on the tour and going to all the places, you end up spending about 10-15 minutes at each stop.

Wonderful tour of Burgandy
Excellent tour guide. Very knowledgable and informative. Wineries visited were very good. Also had plenty of time to explore Beaune and have some lunch.

Enjoyable
We had two wine tastings in two beautiful Alsatian villages in glorious sunshine. Our host, Alain, was warm and informative, showing a genuine interest in the area and its traditions and eager to show us aspects of its character. It included a visit to one of the vineyards which was interesting.

Wine Tour of Cote de Nuits and Cote de Beaune
Was a great wine tour with Adam, touring the Cote de Nuits and Cote de Beaune areas. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about wines and the Burgundy region. On the half-hour+ ride to the our first stop, Adam provided a very informative narration of the regions' history and all of the various wine classifications, etc. We had a great time, and tasted at several different tasting houses, and many many wines. Thank you, Adam for a memorable tour. I recommendation for the tour company is to update your Meeting Place instructions and description. It was very difficult to find.

US Half Day Tour
I’ve been through many world war 2 tours and museums across 4 countries and this was my favorite experience thus far. Matt went into great detail and gave me a new perspective on the war. Would do this again but I would stay for the full day tour next time.

Sister’s trip in Grance
Fun time, our guide was very knowledgeable of the regions… the only thing is the wine tour was fast and didn’t explain much about the vines nor the region. The winery owners were lovely.

Great tour
Did this with a friend. A nice small group tour that visits 3 very different wineries. The guide was knowledgeable about history and wine. First wineries was an chateau with guided tour and explanation of the process. Second was a smaller chateau were wines were stored in a cave and were the wine tasting was hosted by the guide. The third was another chateau were the server unfortunately only have received training to tell basic facts about the wine being poured in very small amounts, but it was ok since we already had a lot of wine and information.

Bordeaux 8 hour wine tour
We had a great day visiting wineries and touring St. Emilion. Our tour guide, Luigi, was fantastic. He was personable, knowledgeable, kind and attentive. St. Emilion is beautiful and a “must see” when visiting the area. The wineries we visited were enjoyable and informative about the wine making process in the region. I highly recommend this tour.

Good way to sped half a day in Colmar
Very nice excursion, jovial ad personable guide Tiery, decent amount of walking, a chance to taste vines but a bit crammed in the minibus

Outstanding experience. Mathis our tour guide was knowledgeable and super friendly. Great sense of humor. Loved the wine tasting and exploring the village of St Emillion. Highly recommended this tour.

Great Introduction to Sarlat
This tour is a great way to gain a quick understanding of the town and the history of Sarlat and its main two outdoor markets, along with some of the best cheese and other markets in town. We discovered some great regional food and wine that we purchased to bring home. Benoit was a delightful tour guide, and the whole experience was very entertaining.

Getting the history of the area was a huge plus
Amelie was fantastic. During the one hour drive to Albi she perfectly captured the history of the area from the Roman times to Louis IVX, which provided a tremendous amount of context to the day in general. That history and perspective that she provided all the way through our wine tasting at the end of the day really gave a complete experience. The three locations on this tour are great intros to the Tarn region in France.

Worst service experience with no recovery
The local tour operator made an error and booked us for the 31st instead of the 13th on a private tour. They offered a group tour with unacceptable terms and we had to downgrade from a full day to half day to eventually secure a tour. Not possible to reach Viatour - just the local operator. We had to wake up at 6:30 for no reason on vacation. No make good/recovery offered for extreme inconvenience and disappointment.
