My XO Adventures does EVERYTHING it says and more! Aimee listens to you and helps create a tour that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations! On our two different tours, we found Dan and Daniel, our guides, to be extremely knowledgeable, personable, kind and accommodating. They shared stories, made short side stops and provided historical context to the tour which added so much to the total experience. Thank you all for the wonderful memories!

I don't know what else I can say that others haven't already. Ten thousand stars for an incredible experience! I booked the Sunset and Night Sky Badlands National Park tour on the new moon for myself and my family, a group total of four. Not long after I booked online, Amiee called me personally and it was like talking to a longtime friend. She had recommendations for places to stay in Rapid City and offered general help planning our trip. Approaching the day of, Amiee and Daniel sent out regular email updates. Logan was our guide and we couldn't have been happier with his breadth of knowledge and love of the land. We lucked out with incredible weather, and Logan guided us through the Badlands landscape, wildlife, sunset, and of course a great night of stargazing. He even shared wildlife and stargazing photos that he took on our trip. While I don't think our high regard is unusual for this outfit, we still felt like we had such a personalized experience that it felt really special. Huge thanks to this XO crew for welcoming us to this corner of their world!

Amazing experience

We spent an absolutely wonderful day with Logan, our guide. He showed us the most interesting places, accommodated our limitations and then took us on 'safari', where we saw hundreds of buffalos up close. I can only recommend XO Adventures, and especially Logan, who is knowledgeable and passionate about the sights around Mt. Rushmore

There no words to explain how amazing this experience was! We did the three day Badlands, Black Hills and Bravehearts tour. Logan and Daniel were the best guides ever! We were very fortunate to have Amiee’ join us one day. They all were so welcoming, it was like being instant friends. So much information, conversation, and laughs! It was hard to say goodbye . I have already recommended My XO Adventures to all my friends. Truly hope to return.

Great Experience

We spent the day with XO Adventures and then did the Stars& Stripes evening ceremony with them as well. It was impressive and emotional when they honor all active military personnel, veterans and Gold families. Logan , our guide from XO Adventures, was fantastic and brought a warm blanket for us, so we wouldn't be cold.

There is an old saying that you get what you pay for. We certainly got our moneys worth today. Logan was a tremendous tour guide. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area both from a historical and a wildlife biologist standpoint. I’ve been on a number of tours, but this has to be the best one I’ve ever been on. I highly recommend this company and if you can get Logan for a Guide, that would be great.

There are no words to describe how amazing this experience was! Logan and Daniel were the best guides ever! We were very fortunate to have Aimee’ to join us one day. They all are so welcoming, it was like being instant friends. So much information, conversations, and laughs! It was hard to say goodbye. I truly loved every minute of it, but my favorite was the Badlands after dark! I have already recommended My XO Adventures to all my friends. Truly hope to return.

My XO Adventures was Superb

It's been a few days now since our Badlands Sunset Colors and Celestial Views tour. We have talked about it every day and still feel a glow when we think of the many wondrous sites we saw and our excellent guide, Daniel. We enjoyed our conversation with him, being personally engaged all the while being informed about the land and the people. It seemed that God was on display all evening with a remarkable sunset and stunning night sky!! Great tour! Worth every penny.

We had an unforgettable tour with My XO Adventures. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. It was so much more than just seeing the Badlands of South Dakota. Daniel is a gifted guide who is passionate about the land, the people, the history, and the culture of the area, which gave us a much more inclusive view of what we were seeing. Daniel took us off the beaten path which allowed us to see more of the park. The timing allowed us to see the park during the "golden hour", experience the sun set, and then watch the sky show us millions of stars as we relaxed under a blanket. Daniel was easy to be with, knowledgeable, and worked hard to be sure that we had an experience tailored to our interests. We couldn't be happier.

Dan was an excellent tour guide for our evening Badlands trip. He shared so much history traveling to the Badlands and at our destination. He is an amateur photographer & shared his excellent photos with us. He let us direct how long we stayed in an area & where we wanted to stop. Wonderful experience leaving us with beautiful memories.

Daniel is an absolute master of his craft and gave us a truly five-star experience in the Black Hills. His expertise was nothing short of amazing—he knew all the perfect spots to navigate us through the breathtaking landscapes while avoiding crowds and maximizing our experience. Over two incredible days, he guided us through Mount Rushmore, the stunning Cathedral Spires, and the scenic Iron Mountain Road. We explored Custer State Park and Crazy Horse Memorial, and even made it to Mount Coolidge and Norbeck Overlook for a perfect sunset. Daniel's excitement was contagious, especially when it came to wildlife. He's a phenomenal animal tracker, and thanks to him, we saw every animal we could have hoped for. He even taught us how to speak to them haha! On our second day, he expertly guided us through the dramatic vistas of the Badlands, flawlessly managing the infamous summer storms. His knowledge greatly deepened our experience as we watched the landscape unfold in front of us as the founders intended. The tour was both educational and incredibly fun. Daniel shared so much knowledge, and we even squeezed in a stop for free ice water at Wall Drug! This trip was a dream come true for my girlfriend and me, and we're so grateful to Daniel for making it an unforgettable adventure. We’ve made life long memories and a lifelong friend. My XO Adventures is, without a doubt, the best tour company around!

Spent the afternoon/evening with Retired Dan showing us The Badlands. A good mix of South Dakota history, geology, photography, and Beautiful ever-changing scenery as the sun set. Although our night viewing was obscured by clouds, it was still a wonderful day. I’d highly recommend this experience to anyone interested The Bandlands.

Absolutely, the best decision we could ha e made in our road trip. My XO Adventures provided a very comprehensive and satisfying tour of the Parks and Monuments of western South Dakota.
