Loved it. All the your guides are very welcoming before we got on the facts. On the raft our guide was great, very nice and amazing and really great at getting us through the water. Overall it was a great experience

The guides are so fun to hangout with and they are hilarious. They will always make you smile because of their jokes. They will explain if you have questions and they make it enjoyable.

My husband and I rafted the Colorado River in Moab, UT with our three kids (ages 5, 8, and 12). Water levels were down. So more mild than wild, But we had a great time. We saw wild life and got plenty of chances to cool off in the water. Our guide Luke was great and all the other guides seemed nice too. Would recommend this to anyone, especially first time rafters.

Awesome experience! The rapids themselves were very mild but we still had a good time. Our guide Sean was enthusiastic and funny. He stole a water gun from the other boat and made the trip so much better. One thing I wish is that they would automatically give the boats water guns to borrow for free instead of making people rent them for $5. The water gun changed our whole experience for the better!

UPDATE: Per the owner's reply, I called to see what they'd offer to help take care of their lack of communication and preparedness on what to expect. All they would offer was free photos of the one drop they photographed. All the photos were pretty much the same and to me that doesn't make up for a horrible $360 experience. Had they given a warning of what to expect, I would have canceled and saved my money for higher water levels. I was so looking forward to our rafting experience as it was my first time, and the first time for all of my kids. I came in a large group of about 45 and the majority of us had a horrible experience. My husband has done a lot of rafting (even the 19 day Grand Canyon) so he knows what it's supposed to be like. We were so disappointed with our Animas River rafting experience because the water was simply too low to raft it. We were stopped constantly by rocks, to the point where our guide had to get out and make us all shift to one side of the raft so he could get it off of the rocks. I'd say he had to get out at least 30 times to do this. This was stressful and just not fun. There was only one rapid that made the kids squeal, and I'd definitely say it wasn't a 1-3 level rafting experience. The only people in our group who had fun were a group of 11 and 12 year old boys that didn't have any adults in their raft, so their guide didn't have to get out and get them unstuck. We paid a lot of money for a fun time and it just wasn't. Our guide was friendly and we liked him fine, but Mild 2 Wild should not be running the river, or should at the very least offer a warning of what type of experience it will be. In addition to the constant stopping, because the water levels were lower, they didn't allow as many people in the raft. This makes sense, but there was no warning that they were decreasing the number of rafters per raft, which meant our whole family couldn't ride together. My kids had to get separated between different boats, as did nieces and nephews because most of us have families larger than 5 (the number allowed per raft). Wish I could get a refund!

We took the whole family for our first white water rafting experience. It was so much fun! Our guide, Ben, was knowledgeable, engaging and fun. Highly recommend.

Our guide's name was Lazer and he was great. There was only three of us in the boat and one of us was 12 so Lazer had to do most of the work and he did a great job. Didn't talk to much and was very informative and fun to have along. Great Job and I highly recommend this tour company.

This place was absolutely AMAZING!!! On the jeep tour we had this amazing tour guide named Doug and Jay. We made a nickname for mr.Jay we called him Stripper Jay. They were both funny amd as nice as anyone ive ever met!!! And on the rafting trip it was fun to but i liked both...

Went on the Economy trip on the kower Animas River with the family. The kid's ages ranged from 8-18. Ben was engaging to all of the family members, helpful, and very informative! Great trip!!!
