Exceptional service given by Zack and crew. He knew everything about the area and was able to take our river trip to the next level to make it an extremely memorable experiance. Terrible jeep tour out of Silverton. Not worth the money. Everyone in our group felt we were ripped off. Half day for $97 per person is totally over price for what we received. They showed up late as well. Would never use these people

We went on a half day rafting trip on the Colorado river leaving from Moab UT. We are a family of 4 (2 kids). We were joined by 4 more adults on our raft. The whole experience was smooth and fun. The office and store staff, the bus driver and of course our guide were all knowledgeable and very friendly. The kids got to swim as much as they wanted and the views were spectacular.

Took our 6 and 7-year-old boys on the lower Animas for their first rafting experience during a recent stay in Durango. Our guide, Niki, was fantastic, engaging the boys and chatting with us about the river. She skillfully navigated the rapids and somehow managed to keep my wild kids in the raft the entire time. It was a wonderful trip, qualifying as a 'best day ever' for the 6-year-old. I pre-purchased the photo package so we didn't have to bother with our camera on the river. I was eager to see the pictures upon our return, but they could not be found. After multiple discussions and phone calls it was determined that the photographer had downloaded the trip's photos (including those of the other rafts), wiped the SD card clean, and then gone back to the river for the next group. No back-up, no extra SD card, nobody checked that the photos which I had already purchased were in place before the photographer left?! Who operates a business like this?! Now all I have to document a 'best day ever' is a lousy picture of us standing in front of the bus. I have a picture of my own first rafting trip taken on film in the mid-80's, this isn't a complicated process. In their defense: the next afternoon when they finally conceded that there was no way to get the photos back a manager offered to comp us a econo trip so we could get new pictures in the rapids. Unfortunately by this time we had left town for our next destination, had she offered this the previous day we totally would have taken her up on it. She rather flippantly told me over the phone to "mention the incident next time you're in town and we'll comp you then" - yeah, I'm sure that would work. This left a huge dent in an otherwise perfect day. Would I book with them again? Probably. But I'm never going on another tour (with them or anyone else) without my own camera. That lesson was learned the hard way.

We had never been rafting before and Kayla and Jake were our guides and they made our first trip absolutely awesome. Definitely want to go back again. All of the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable wether you were a newby or a pro. This is coming from a grandmother, her kids and grandkids. So this just goes to show you it's never to late to enjoy this sport if you have the right people to show you how! Thanks again!!

Such a great time. We did the AM raft tour, and were only with another 2 people who were on a kayak so it was really like having our own raft guide. Alli was a great guide and we had so much fun. She had lots of knowledge along the river and was entertaining. We swam for a while and had lunch before the tour ended and went back to the office. Would highly recommend the AM tour and enjoy the float!

Although I expected more rapids, I think the Lower Animas was the perfect starter trip for white water rafting! Our guide, Lazor (aka Jake), was great! He made the trip super fun and enjoyable! I would definitely recommend for your first time!

Would not give refund or compensation for a tube rental after sending us out in a severe thunderstorm and flooding. Refused to help even before we left the parking lot.
