This place was pretty good! You can definitely get close to both the koalas and kangaroos, which is nice. Some good photo opportunities, varying by animal. The one big downside is that they don't give you the opportunity to buy any of the animal experiences when you get your ticket, only once you're inside and have already spent 30 minutes looking at birds and koalas. By the time I figured out where I needed to go to buy the koala experience (where you get to hold one) the only booking was two hours from that point. ๐ Other people knew to go directly to the booking kiosk. Worse, they don't allow refunds, so my idea to buy it and use it if I was there two hours (or get a refund if I wasn't) didn't work. I stayed for an hour after that point, so it would have been a long wait for the koala experience.
