(Translated by Google) Don't give them any money! It's not a sanctuary but a zoo with tiny cages for all the animals—very sad to see. Tourists queue up to pet the poor creatures all day long, and the koalas are even crammed into the middle of the cafeteria! If you want to spend a day among animals and are concerned about their welfare, go to Steve Irwin's Zoo instead…

Lazy service when ordering coffee, they don't care enough to say coffee is ready, it was not busy

What a wonderful little sanctuary not too far from the city. Very well maintained and lots of wildlife. Very easy to get to by bus or taxi. Highly recommend getting the annual ticket if you’re a local.

This spot had a really easy-going feel, which I appreciated. Unlike the bigger, more commercial zoos, it wasn’t about flashy exhibits but more about being close to the animals. My kids absolutely loved the kangaroo paddock – they spent ages feeding and patting them, which felt safe and well-supervised. The koalas were as you’d expect, mostly dozing, but we managed to get a good look at them up close. Holding one was an optional extra and honestly a bit pricey, but still a memorable moment for us. The bird show was well done, though the seating filled quickly and we had to stand. Walking around was straightforward, though some areas looked a little worn. It didn’t take a full day, which I think worked in our favour with young kids. Food options on-site weren’t great value, so next time I’d pack lunch. Overall, it gave us a genuine Aussie wildlife experience without the chaos of a larger zoo.

This was absolutely awesome. Staff were amazing along with great facilities and things were kept clean and tidy. Great experience for young kids and even older people who enjoy animals up close.

One of the best animal experience in my life. Highly recommended before watching wild life fauna of Australia, because there the desire to pet kengooroos and koalas can be fulfilled hadred-percent
