Koalas Koalas Everywhere
I really enjoyed seeing and filming the koalas in their little tree habitats. They were sleepy heads in the morning but around 1 pm was their feeding time and they were awake and active. Best time to catch a video. The bird exhibit was awesome as well. Feeding the kangaroos was an experience similar to feeding goats in a farm. Kangaroos are gentle and friendly animals. You can easily pet them and they are harmless. There were not any good eating places within the sanctuary. We took a bagged lunch and that came in very handy. Overall we enjoyed spending the time from 10 am to 4 pm in the lone pine koala sanctuary.

I cant describe with worda how amazing this place is. It really is once in a lifetime experience to spend so much time with koalas and kangoroos and actually pay to keep them safe and feed them. I would come here every weekend if i could.
