We are from the USA, living temporarily in Queensland for 18 months. Whenever we have friends or family visiting, Long Pine is one of the first places we go. We bought the 12 month pass to save a little money. We love to go in the afternoon, after the crowds have diminished. There's not as many shows, but it just seems more relaxing. Our guests love interacting with the kangaroos and getting so close to the koalas. You really don't need a lot of time to catch their exhibits, so Long Pine is a good go to place if you want to see some of the unique animals Australia has to offer.

If you're wondering whether it's worth a visit, don't hesitate, you will love it! Young or old, Australian or visitor. It's better than Australia Zoo in my opinion. It has super interesting Australian animals, a calm atmosphere (unlike the loud and brash Australia Zoo) and a beautiful setting by the river. The cafe at the top has a great view. The only downside is that as it's on a hill, it can be tricky for older people to get around. In that case, it's worthwhile asking what to prioritise or you might end up walking too much.

A must-do in Brisbane!
We booked a koala experience which was, without doubt, one of my highlights from our trip Down Under! But the day was so much more...the sheepdog show, the bird show, feeding and petting the kangaroos and wallabies! The pigs! The wombats and the Tasmanian Devil! Loved them all! Food is good and not overly expensive. The gift shop is amazing - I could've bought everything! All of the staff we met were polite, friendly, kind and informative. You couldn't ask for a better day out!

A must-visit in Brisbane! Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is an amazing experience where you can get up close with koalas, kangaroos, and so many native Australian animals. The park is well-maintained, staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the animals are clearly well cared for. Loved the chance to see a koala up close and feed the kangaroos such a memorable experience for locals and visitors alike!

(Translated by Google) I visited around 11 on Friday, listened to an explanation about koalas, watched the raptor show, and even saw kangaroo feeding. It was a precious opportunity to see animals up close that cannot be seen in Korea. (Original) 금요일 11즈음 방문해서 코알라 설명도 듣고 랩터쇼도 보도 캥거루 피딩까지 ~ 한국에선 볼 수 없는 동물들을 가까이서 보게된 소중한 기회
