Lovely day looking at the koalas so close up! Only down is the high cost entry and all the extra add on $ to see anything close up or with an animation

Loved every minute! My girlfriend bought the pass to touch the koala and loved it. An experience and day we will never forget! Sanctuary is so clean and well kept. Kangaroos were so calm!

Interactive “Aussie” wildlife experience in Brisbane.

The experience was informative and interactive from feeding the kangaroos to petting the koalas. Our favorite was the eating seating area surrounded by koalas. We could have sat there all day to observe. The only disappointment was the enclosure for the crocodile. We did not feel the space was adequate for such a large reptile.

My friend from the UK was keen to see koalas and other Australian animals so I took her to Lone Pine. It had been decades since I had been there and was pleasantly surprised. Such a beautiful, well looked-after space and so many koalas! A highlilght was being welcomed (and farewelled) by Fiona at the gate. She has customer service in her blood and was so personable that it made our visit even more special. Brisbane at its best!

(Translated by Google) Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is a must-visit zoo in Brisbane and one of the world's oldest and largest koala sanctuaries. The park boasts a natural and comfortable environment, offering close encounters with many adorable koalas, and even a paid opportunity to hold and photograph one – a truly unique experience. Besides koalas, the zoo also features kangaroos, wombats, and Tasmanian devils, among other Australian animals. The kangaroo enclosure offers hands-on feeding and interaction, providing a wonderful experience. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and fun, making it ideal for tourists and families to experience Australia's unique wildlife culture.

Visited Lone Pine during a trip to Brisbane and it was a really enjoyable experience. The sanctuary is well laid out and gives you the chance to see a wide range of Australian animals up close. The highlight was definitely the koalas. There are so many of them and it’s great being able to see them relaxing in the trees. The kangaroo feeding area was also a lot of fun,as the kangaroos are very calm and happy to come right up to visitors. Staff were friendly and the animal talks throughout the day were interesting and informative. The only downside was that it can get quite busy, especially around the popular animal encounters, but overall it’s still a great place to visit if you want to experience Australian wildlife in Brisbane. Definitely worth a visit.

Great tourist trap. You have to pay extra for all experiences. Other similar parks in Australia include the "experiences" as part of the entry fee. The Barn Experience is a paid event? UnAustalian!
