Nice peaceful place, suitable for families with small kids since it doesn't need to walk long distances, everything is approachable in small distance

The animals a great but bring a packed lunch. We just waited 45mins for a bucket of chips and the staff had a really bad attitude about it.

Lovely, loving, and lovingly treated sanctuary for all!

Our experience at the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary was outstanding! First time and first adventure in Australia and it was great, the wildlife, the information, the hands-on experiences, the variety! Please note, at the time of this review, they do not have offer holding a koala; however, for an extra fee, one participant may be up close (one minute) for your own picture taking. The atmosphere is relaxed and efficiently spaced. There are crowds but on a Saturday, it wasn't unreasonable. The staff is friendly, informative, and engaging. It is best to head out to the kangaroos and emu(?) feeding early, as they actually get full later in the day! We only had a few hours but you could easily spend all day!

The dog show and raptor show were very good and getting up close with the kangaroos and emu was delightful. There was no paper map only online which was a pain, the sign posting was questionable, and lots of hidden extras like getting up close with the koalas $35 per person was a joke, ( it’s free at Australia zoo). The staff were all friendly and helpful. You should have a no school party day one day a week as they took over everything and screamed at the animals when they came close.

Amazing experience!!! Petting kangaroos was a highlight! They’re so soft and docile! The koalas were so cute and lazy! Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Brisbane. We loved it!

(Translated by Google) If you are planning a visit, we recommend arriving right when the park opens. To participate in the feeding experience, you should arrive early so that the animals approach you actively. You can see koalas and kangaroos at a very close distance. In addition to these two, you can also see other animals.

(Translated by Google) A really fun zoo! You can touch koalas and feed kangaroos! The overall environment is clean, and it's not crowded on weekdays. (Original) 非常好玩的動物園,可以體驗摸考拉還有喂袋鼠! 整體環境也乾淨,平日來沒什麼人

If you have time on your visit to Brisbane, definitely come here! The animals seem well taken care of, and I was able to pet a koala :) they have several animal interactions that you can book, or you can also just wander around and feed the kangaroos in the large free range area.
