About what I expected. Kids had a great time of course. All the staff members were just great! Edited to say, the staff was EXCELLENT. I wish i had gotten their names the day we visited! When we come back it'll be because of the staff, the cleanliness and how much fun my kiddos had!!!

mistakenly bought the annual pass for this location and I want to buy one for bayarea. I tried to call them multiple times and also send the refund inquiry online but no one responds, is anyone actually working there and answering the phone?

Wow! I had more fun than my child! She was so annoyed we were taking so long and not bouncing around thing to thing. We made so many racecars(ok kid and hubby made so many, I finished one as a mom doing all the things moms do and being challeged at free building)! They have the kids play area with an attendant feet away from the racecar building area, so she was able to play while we did that. The woman with the purple earrings today at the block tile cart was soooooo fun! I overheard her talking about a cat and I just so happen to be making a 1 eyed cat... it was not impressive 😂 but she said it was amazing! She really hyped me up on my skills. Then Chris at the Cafe was also AMAZING! He was so fun, and helpful. The Master builder happen to be walking in on the entrance and showed us so many cool things and pointed out things we had missed and gave us some San Antonio History. Just 100% the BEST experience. The hotdogs (2 in an order)I split with Hubby did not suck, considering I had very low expectations and price wasn't horrible, $10 split between hubby and I, plus the kids meal that was around $8 or so. We will ABSOLUTELY be spending the money to come again, it was a fabulous visit. I think we stayed for 2.5hrs and the ONLY reason we left is that we also purchased aquarium tickets and it was nearing closing time. If you are a child at heart plan to STAY! I think we spent an hr just looking at the lego land they have build before the "fun" stuff. It's pricey but 1000000% worth it.

Adults cannot go the discovery center without accompanying a child. But they still had exclusive legoland sets there so the trip wasn't a bust.

When we got there the kingdom ride was down. They finally called overhead to say it was running. We did the ride and when we got off the ride the picture kiosk wasn’t working so even though o paid for everyone to have picture access we didn’t get any to remember the day before a use it was down. That was disappointing. The staff just simply said call corporate so not very helpful. The Lego building class and the virtual ride was our favorite. The mini town was cool. Felt it was a bit pricy for what we got but worth trying it I guess.

Overpriced. There’s no real reason to charge an adult for a children’s place accompanying a child. The place is very small and charges as if it were some type of amusement park attraction of sorts. My little one of 5 years old and myself paid 70$ just to get in ridiculous. Will never be returning here or to any of its other locations.

There are some local buildings made from Lego that are nice to look at. But as for "Discovering" we did not discover much. The different stations had no direction nor defined purpose. All the interesting building pieces were missing. How do you build a car if the axels are missing? There are some wheels scattered all around... Not one single figure available to play either. Looks like they are afraid to allow the actual legos to be nice and worth because people might take them with them. The activity in the class was a 5 step 12 piece figure. Maybe this is intended for 2 year olds or people that have never played with Lego? As a long time Lego fan I personally did not find the correct value for what I paid, plus parking, plus driving there, plus the personnel is bored and non engaging at all, ... no, no, will not recommend it.
