Basically an overpriced Lego-themed Chuck-E-Cheese. Probably fun for kids ages 3-5, but even not worth the ticket prices. If you're looking for a large-scale amusement park, this isn't it. Maybe the California and Florida ones are, but this is literally only slightly larger than a Chuck-E-Cheese with only one ride a dozen or so LEGO sculptures and a few other things and an obstacle course. We were in and out in 30 minutes but that set the 4 of us back $100. Totally unsatisfied.

Great for toddlers. A lot of stuff to see. If your child loves trains, there’s this 2 min ride that would most definitely entertain your kid!

While the Legoland experience is pretty cool in general, from building a mini fig to building a car to launch off a ramp. we had signed up for a Valentine's day experience, arrived maybe 20 min after the start and did not see anything Valentine's day related. There was one foam dart challenge to knock over a heart. But we didn't see any prizes, special mentions or even particularly romantic music or custom builds. We asked an employee what was the deal and was told it was supposed to just be adults night but they took advantage of the day and moved from Wednesday to friday. Felt a little ripped off, as this was supposed to be a special occasion and we blindly signed up but the outcome definitely impacted the date. I'd recommend going for an adults night but don't get scammed for special occasions.

We got tickets to Legoland from a friend for my boyfriends birthday. When we walked in we were told that you needed to have a child aged 3-10 with you (no adults permitted without one). We laughed and said “no way how come?” (we’re Lego adults and wanted to go!). Guy who worked at the door was very nice and said that’s just their rules but he can get us a refund right away. We say sounds good - not a big deal we were going for fun anyways. We move to the next lady worker who processes our return. She then holds the refund receipt hostage and turns her tablet screen towards us and points to the “see more” button on the screen that states you need a child in order to enter. I said “yeah, we heard your coworker, it’s fine, can we have our receipt?” She then goes to a second page online and points out that “you can’t miss it if you read the page”. To which we said “Hey, we didn’t buy these tickets. But even if we did that’s a really rude way to make someone feel dumb. We know you’re just doing your job and we don’t have an issue. Can we just have our receipt so we can leave?” She then replied saying “Well it’s written there so I’m just telling you.” This sucked. There was no reason to make us feel dumb whether we had bought the tickets or not. We didn’t argue. We didn’t pitch a fight. We literally laughed with the other worker and just wanted our receipt to prove we got the refund. I don’t know her name; but this is no way to treat people no matter what your job is. Thanks for making my boyfriend cry on his birthday.

This is such a small room that it may be interesting for children up to 4-7 years old. There's almost nothing to do here. After 1 hour, we left. The price is very high, it doesn't match what we saw inside.

So dirty and unkept. So many things are not working. Also every time we’ve come the main ride/attraction is down with no one working on it to fix it. Tickets should be discounted if your main attraction isn’t working. I doubt we will be back it really needs to be cleaned, sanitized, and updated.

I wanted so much to enjoy this little adventure with my son. Unfortunately, it was so much less than what I had thought it would be.
