In general I want to love this place but… 1) they’ve got to figure out how to handle school groups. It’s ridiculous to pay the entry fee only to discover the whole place is overfull with school groups. Simply blocking off the time they are there would be enough. 2) However, this isn’t my only complaint - the 4d video needs an age rating. I really don’t know why they couldn’t have a video that’s for the 3-6 age range - a cutesy tour through Lego world. Instead the only film I’ve seen both times we’ve had to leave early bc it has bizarre and highly unnecessary fighting between Lego magical people and demons. Not only is this way too scary for a younger audience but it’s just a plain weird choice for a *young* kids museum. 3) just fix the hero zone - it’s been out of commission for at least 6 months. There’s a few other weird things that don’t work that if someone checked on it would - the pulley lever in the Lego world area doesn’t work, the Duplo park could use some more cool features 4) i hardly ever see employees tidying up the place and every time I’ve gone I’ve seen trash and misc items in odd locations. Also it’d be heartening to see someone wiping down the high touch areas every now and then with this many little kids about. 5) ^cafe is tad grimy^ 6) this is minor compared to above, but I just gotta say it, we don’t get to take home the one Lego person we are supposed to build and take photos with? How much do those cost you? 50c each? Overall this place has real potential to be great but I just don’t get the impression the manager or employees take much pride in their work. Which is a shame because it could be a really fun place to work.

It's okay. The only reason I don't give them five stars is that a few Lego stations didn't work properly like they hadn't kept up with maintenance.

They are wanting you to book online before you can get in. Was our first time going. Did get a discount to do this and the aquarium. Was pretty cool we'll definitely be going back.

Legoland was a great experience for my son—lots of fun activities, a cool Miniland display, and a 4D movie. Perfect for young LEGO fans, but it’s a small space, so one visit is enough. Worth checking out!

The make you have a reservation and yet there's still way too many people in that area for everyone to enjoy! Too much money poor experience.
