Worst experience at check in counter. Ariana was rude. Disappointing First Impression We recently visited LEGOLAND and purchased 8 tickets for our group. Unfortunately, our experience started on a sour note. Upon entering, we noticed that the staff at the entrance were busy chatting amongst themselves and didn’t bother to greet or welcome us. It felt unprofessional and uninviting, especially considering the excitement we had for this trip. For a place that markets itself as a family-friendly destination, we expected better customer service. A warm welcome can go a long way in setting the tone for the day. While the attractions were enjoyable, the lack of attentiveness from the staff left a bad taste. I hope management addresses this to ensure a better experience for future visitors.
