This place looks very shabby. I have an annual pass, been here several times. Among 9 out of 10 times I visited this place, their laser ride attractions were broken, and asked us to wait. I have seen a lot of stuff are not working but never got fixed. I still go to this place is because my son is a big fan of Lego. I don’t know if it is because they are out of staff or what, it takes avg of 40 mins for a pizza to be served. I can see that they put a big investment on this attractions, but very little maintenance efforts. I wish my tickets fees really pay itself

Not very satisfied with the service and food quality a lot of products are expired and still remain on shelves unfortunately I cannot recommend this store to everyone.

My kids had a blast here but for the price I expected there to be alot more to play with. We went to the one in grapevine and that location has alot more to offer.

Purchased a Friday - Sunday pass. Showed up on a Sunday and was told I had to pay extra to enter. Unethical.

We never went into the actual Legoland, but kid loves the shop. We keep telling him it's too expensive, but we almost always leave with a small box of something.
