Paid 94$ for 2 adults and 1 child. Waited 35 min for one ride, when we finally got on, 2 min into the ride they had everyone walk off of the ride because of technical problems, said we could ride again but that we would have to wait at the back of the line again, it was so frustrating

Jose at Legoland is absolutely terrible. We waited third in line since before the doors opened. There were no clear sign for separate lines for members and non-members. Once the doors were opened, Jose saw me with my child in line, I then proceeded to buy the tickets. With tickets in my hands, Jose refused to scan us in, and told me that we need to get back in line because “everyone else has tickets”. So I went to the back of the line. I saw Jose letting multiple other families who bought tickets on the spot in without having to go to the back of the line. When we reached Jose again, I asked him why, he didn’t give any reason. Once we entered, Jose had security remove us for “trespassing”, because I videotaped the entire encounter. Jose’s last words to me were “you know you have ruined your child’s day, right?”. I want to tell Jose and Legoland that with all sort of activities throughout the city, this will definitely not ruin my child’s day! However, this encounter has pretty much ensured that we will not return in the future!

It was very busy for March break but great experience for our lego loving 6yo and plenty of fun things for our 2yo. Great value with the free kids entry from the back of lego package from dollarama. We booked our time slot online and didn’t wait long for entry.

I could see it being fun for a children under age 5, or a party. This was not a good experience for an older child (8 yo). There were more activities with duplo legos, toddler areas, and a young kid ride. There were not many legos in the building areas for Ninjago or the vehicle racing area. There were not mini fig parts available to make (except for the ones you have to buy). And the older kid ride was closed for 1-2 hours when we wanted to go one it. He said he had fun, but was quickly bored and frustrated. Not worth the $60 we spent!

We visited this place twice. One was during the pandemic and the other was recently (after the pandemic). The overall experience was not as good as the first visit. Too many people and it seems that they changed the layout and removed some ride and Lego builds

Love the Lego discovery center. It has been one of our most frequented places with my kids since it opened in 2023.

We had a really great experience here. Staff were very helpful when we had to reschedule our ticket after one of the kids got sick. It was kind of a pain that I had to go down there to take care of it and had no luck contacting anyone via phone. VR experience also wasn't working the whole time after being sold tickets for it. They again were good about fixing it, but it was still a disappointment. The Lego store was also a little underwhelming. There were only a few sets that really stood out and I feel like I've seen way more impressive Lego stores in malls this size.

Don't waste your money and time. This is garbage. Charging $85 for 2 adults and a 5 year old is highway robbery given how little they have to do. Most of it is just Legos displays behind plexiglass that kids can't even touch. They can only look at them. They had two tiny rides, a very small building area, a small small car building area, a small train building area, a small house building area, a Duplo area, and that's about it. They had no connections for the trains to connect cars. They had very few Legos. They had a small playground and a tiny climbing wall that was closed. This is embarrassingly bad. Legos should be ashamed. Legos cost a small fortune, and they build this? Can they not even afford their own Legos? You manufacture them, yet Legos are in short supply at Legoland? The icing on the cake were the LGBTQ flags on display. Stop trying to indoctrinate and groom kids. No one cares what you do in the bedroom, so why do you think you need to tell us? I wouldn't pay $40 for this. We went back to the front desk after 15 minutes and asked for a refund. Thankfully, the staff were nice about it and asked what they could improve. I was happy to let them know. It's not their fault Legos is not investing money in this place. The Science City at Union Station had a better Legos play area than Legoland and was free with our children's museum membership from back home.

This was our second time at Legoland first time was a few years ago. The lego class was amazing really cool and excited we got there in time for one. Only negative thing I would say is the children's play area. There was a lot of kids laying on the spinning entrance or hanging off of it not letting kids in and out. You cannot see anything from the outside to monitor your child or make sure everything is okay. Kids were going wild in there with zero ability for supervision. Aside from that we will definitely be back a third time at some point!
