Do not use this travel company!!!! Our family (along with 12 other travelers) was placed on a bus with cruise passengers on this tour. About an hour into our trip, the driver was told that the passengers needed to be back at their ship at a certain time or they would miss their boat, which I can understand as I've been on cruises, however, instead of fixing the problem, we were penalized. The driver told the cruise passengers they would not make it back in time. However, once we arrived at the Cliffs, we were told by a Lally Tour employee that we had 1 hour to view the cliffs. We had paid for a 2 hour tour at the site. When you travel for a once in a lifetime trip to view the Cliffs, the last thing you want is to be rushed. Anyone who has been to the cliffs can attest that 1 hour does not give ample time to climb and view the multiple paths and perspectives let alone give time to spend at the Visitor's Center, restaurant, and the small shops offering souvenirs. To add insult to injury, once back to Galway, the driver went directly to the port so that the cruise passengers could be back a whole hour before their time needed for departure! Those of us who purchased a ticket to spend 2 hours at the cliffs were then made to wait as they unloaded the cruise passengers before we were finally dropped off at our destination, which was what was the designated pick up and drop off site. I've sent an email to Lally Tours 6 days ago and they have not responded. It says a lot when they do not take the time to address their mistakes. The irony was that there were 2 buses by Lally Tours that left the same site at approximately the same time. They could have easily placed the passengers from the cruise on ONE of those busses so that those of us who paid for a ticket that was promised two hours at the cliffs would have all been treated fairly. Everyone of us that were cut short on our tour were very disgruntled but because the tour company values the cruise lines more importantly than those of us who bought directly from them, we were penalized. DO NOT USE LALLY TOURS!!!! Find a reputable tour company or use a private driver. This was a once in a lifetime tour and our family was sorely disappointed we were rushed to see so little of the cliffs and never getting to bite to eat once at the cliffs due to no time allowance for the restaurant, shops while on a tour that was 5 hours long.

What a lovely day we had exploring the Connemara region and Kylemore Abbey. We got so lucky with beautiful weather, and it truly felt like something out of a fairytale. Lally tours was a great way to explore this area - from a seamless journey with a few pit stops along the way for viewpoints and more, to the information along the way provided by our guide. We felt very fulfilled, and I would recommend this tour as a way to see this region.

We had a great time on this tour! We enjoyed learning so much about Ireland history and the areas we visited from Gerry, our tour guide. Seeing the Cliffs or Mohr and the Burren were our other highlights!

Absolutely great tour, beautiful sights, and informative. Jerry, our driver, was fabulous and his driving skills impeccable! Not to mention he’s a pretty good photographer as well! I do wish we had a little more time at the Cliffs of Moher, but it was still amazing what we were able to see in the allotted time.

The national park was beautiful! Although it rained pretty bad and we did a small hike around the Diamond Hill in the rain, it was worthwhile. We joined a tour by Lally tours and the driver, Michael was amazing. He well knows about the places we went, gave us an option to go to the Abby for those who don’t want to hike in the rain and kindly dropped us off in Salthill. Thank you for the amazing time:)

We did the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren Tour. It was a fabulous tour made even more special due to our guide Shane. He was so knowledgeable and entertaining. His passion for his country was so apparent. He made the tour even more enjoyable by playing traditional Irish music and the education about it roots. An added bonus.

This was my favorite tour in an incredible week of touring Ireland. Our driver Michael was amazing, and Nigel, the tour guide at the castle, was one of the most knowledgeable, best guides I've ever had the pleasure of learning from. Plus, we saw a cat, so my wife was thrilled.
