Shane was an amazing guide and bus driver on our day trip to connemara and diamond hill. He had a great way of explaining the history of ireland and showing its relevance for the land, the people and the culture. The views from the bus were stunning and we did stop regularly to take pictures and stretch the legs. At Connemara nationalpark we decided to walk the lower diamond hill tour (2.9 km) which is easily doable in the time there. The path is well done, so you can enjoy the beautiful nature of the bogland, while keeping your feet dry. In the leftover time we enjoyed a packed lunch at the visitor center, grabed a cuppa and even had time to visit the museum. Overall we can only recommend doing this tour, if you want to learn more about West-Ireland and its people and see its stunning nature.

The Aran Islands, Cliffs of Moher: A Day Out. A Grand Day. Right. So, the Lally Tours thing. The bus, yeah? Out to the Aran Islands, then the Cliffs of Moher. Always wanted to see them, the Cliffs. Everyone talks about them, don't they? And the Aran Islands. Innis Oirr, The Plassey. Castle ruins. Lots to see. Thought, why not? Give it a lash. And it was grand, actually. Proper grand. The fella driving, Bertie, he was sound. You know the roads, out there, don't ya? Skinny as anything, twisty. Like someone just spilled a bowl of spaghetti and called it a road. But Bertie, he didn't blink. He just drove. Navigated them narrow roads like a pro, he did. Never a wobble. Never a moment where you thought, 'Jaysus, are we gonna end up in someone's living room?' Nah. Smooth as anything. He knew what he was doing, Bertie did. Proper good driver. And then there was Sean. The guide. He was a character, Sean was. Not one of them annoying ones, shouting at ya. Just talked, like. Told ya stuff. About the islands, the history, the bits and bobs. He had a laugh in him, too. Kept it interesting. He was an absolute standout. Kept your ear, he did. The Cliffs. Ah, the Cliffs. You see them in books, but when you're there? Different altogether. And the boat trip, Cold, but brilliant. The islands themselves, fierce. All stone walls, you know? Like a giant's jigsaw. And the horse-drawn carriage ride we got on? That was a nice touch. proper old-school, seeing the place like that. Everything was organized. Bus here, boat there. No messing about. Got to see it all. Didn't feel rushed, didn't feel like you were waiting for ages either. Just right. So, yeah. If you're thinking of it, go on. Do it. With Lally Tours. And if you get Sean and Bertie? You're enjoying the day. You really are. A proper good day out. Couldn't fault it.

This was our second time touring with Lally Tours, and specifically with John B as our driver/guide. Just as last time, he was absolutely amazing and provided so much information during the tour but also gave us time to just take in our surroundings. I would recommend this tour to anyone hoping to explore the cliffs, have a good time, and learn a lot while taking in the scenery. This is definitely the best tour!!

A lovely day of pretty stops and a beautiful hike. And Seamus told us many interesting stories and facts about Ireland and the Irish language, so that the bus rides flew by along with the beautiful scenery. Thank you, Seamus!

We had a wonderful tour out to Connemara area and Kylemore Abbey. Seamus was a great driver and tour guide. He stopped at a couple little places that added to the experience.

What a great tour !! So happy I went. Our tour guide John B. Was very knowledgeable and informative. I loved the Cliffs Moher and the Ailwee Cave was a pleasant surprise. The cave is definitely worth it. I definitely recommend Lally tours.

Seamus did an amazing job taking us to Connemara. He was very informative but not performative and willing to answer any questions people had, all while driving the bus like a pro! Great job Seamus!

We went on a tour of Connemara and the Kylemore Abbey yesterday with Seamus. It was excellent. Seamus is clear to hear and narrated in a very pleasant manner with great humor. We would recommend this tour and we are so pleased that we went.

The day trip to Connemara and Kylemore abbey was an excellent experience. Dion was knowledgeable and provided insights throughout the tour. The stops along the way were terrific and provided great photo opportunities.
