We had an amazing 2hr UTV experience! The weather was perfect that day, which made everything even better. We brought our 5-year-old daughter with us, and the experience was very family-friendly. Our driver was super fun and engaging, and he always helped us take photos along the way. The views were absolutely stunning and breathtaking — the scenery was truly beautiful and impressive. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this UTV tour to families and anyone visiting Oahu!

This was such a disappointing experience with this company. We missed the bus by minutes and the company had no compassion for re-bookings. Visiting from Australia with 2 young children, we lost over US$800 not to mention disappointing a big Jurassic park fan. When finally reached via phone call, the customer service personnel were heartless and refused to re-book or refund our money. Be very careful!

Kualoa Ranch was an amazing experience. We did the UTV Raptor tour and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The guides were professional and friendly, making the entire tour very interesting. Even though it is expensive, the scenery and the overall experience were definitely worth the price.

The actual Kualoa ranch is great and beautiful to experience - would highly recommend. Great tour guide and beauty. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the false marketing and poor customer service of the kualoa ranch telephone staff. The tour reservation said to get there at least 45 minutes before, however, this is not necessary and you can show up 5 mins before… the ranch just wanted you to shop in their gift store. Smart marketing, but also not ideal and can cause undue stress. The kualoa ranch phone staff had no idea about what the online booking or rules around when you needed to get there before the tour actually started. I would suggest updating the confirmation / online ticketing to say “suggested” 45 minutes before and that the doors close 5 minutes before the actual tour time.

My girlfriend and I did the Jungle Expedition Tour for our anniversary, and had a fantastic time. We got lucky enough to be the only ones on this tour, and our tour guide Tanner made it even more memorable. Very informative, had a lot of fun learning about the local legends. Hopefully you get lucky enough to get Tanner as your tour guide on this beautiful excursion!

We did the Raptor UTV ride, and overall it was a good experience not bad, but not amazing either. The ride itself was fun, but the tour felt a bit too long. At around two and a half hours, it became repetitive, going back and forth, and there weren’t enough scenic viewpoints to keep it exciting the whole time. I think it could have been shorter and more enjoyable with more scenic routes or stops. That said, our guide Tyler, a Filipino guy, was excellent. He was funny, engaging, and brought great energy to the group. He truly made the experience better and helped make the long ride feel more worthwhile. He was honestly the highlight of the tour. My main feedback for Kualoa Ranch is that the tour length feels too long for what’s included, and adding more scenic destinations would make it feel more worth the price. Overall, a decent experience with an outstanding guide, but there’s room for improvement.

We did the movie sites tour at Kualoa Ranch and it was absolutely amazing! Our guide was friendly and engaging, which made the experience even better. The nature is breathtaking, and the unique mountain shapes make you truly feel like you’re inside a movie set. Going through the locations where Jurassic Park and so many other famous movies were filmed felt surreal. We had an exceptional day, and this tour is a must for nature lovers visiting Oahu! 🌿🎬🦖
