壮大な自然と海を楽しめます。乗馬体験がおすすめです。 ツアーで乗馬体験を体験しましたが、最初の馬の歩かせ方の動画(日本語)以外全て英語でした。乗馬中に馬を誘導するスタッフさんが英語で聞いてきますが、「ここに足を乗せて」といった馬の乗り方のサポートをしてくれるだけなので、会話ができなくても充分楽しめます。(ただし、列の一番最初に割り振られた人は馬を歩かせたり止まらせたりしなければいけないので、ある程度の英語聞き取り能力と馬操縦できることが必要です)。 お馬さんはお利口なので、最初の馬の歩かせ方を見て操縦方法を忘れても前のお馬さんについて行っていました(ほぼ野放し状態)。 鞭で叩くのが割と強く叩かないといけないので可哀想でほぼ野放しでしたが、お利口なのでちゃんと歩いてくれました。また、たまに脱線しようとする野放し状態のお馬さんを楽しめました(草食べようととしたり前のお馬さんにちょっかい出そうとしたり勝手にどこかに行こうとしたり)。お馬さんがどこかへ行こうとしたらスタッフさんが鞭の使い方を教えてくれるので、動画を見て忘れていても楽しめます。 公共バスでもクアロアランチに行けますが、ツアーの方が止まりなく行けるのと乗馬の開始時間帯的にも、ワイキキあたりから向かう人はツアーを使うのをおすすめします。

They can’t reschedule your tour even thought you face some unavoidable circumstances. For some reason, we late for our check in time for one hour and half. We are looking forward participating this tour. Unfortunately, only thing we can do is rebook. If we rebook the tour, we don’t have a proper mood to enjoy this experience. It’s pretty frustrated.

We visited twice , once to go to the Secret Island and another time to take the Sea Voyage. The beach was nice for our kids to play but the activities are first come first serve. A few in my family were able to paddle out to the sandbars on an outrigger canoe which was quite fun. I didn't like how only some people could use lounge chairs or do activities. If we are all paying the same we should all have the same access at the beach. This really is my only point of contention. The Sea Voyage was amazing too. It was a bit choppy but my kids hung on for a Hawaiian Rollercoaster ride and loved it. We enjoyed chatting with the guide who was very knowledgeable about the area and answered all of our questions. We loved the surreal scenery and beautiful landscape. We would love to visit again.

⭐️ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience Our experience at Kualoa Ranch was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly, dismissive, and noticeably rude. We tried to stay polite and patient, but it felt like we were treated with irritation rather than basic courtesy. What made the experience even more upsetting was the way we were treated compared to others. The behavior came across as discriminatory and racially biased, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. No guest should ever feel singled out or disrespected because of who they are. This is a place that heavily markets itself on hospitality, culture, and aloha spirit, yet that was completely absent during our visit. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt rushed, talked down to, and ignored when we had questions or concerns. Given the price and reputation of Kualoa Ranch, this level of service is unacceptable. We expected professionalism and respect, and unfortunately received the opposite. I would not recommend this place based on our experience, and I truly hope management takes guest treatment and cultural sensitivity seriously moving forward. Ruined my birthday

Our visit to Kualoa Ranch was truly unforgettable and touched our hearts more than we expected. The views are absolutely breathtaking — easily some of the most beautiful on the entire island. Every moment felt magical and full of awe. What made this experience so special was our incredible tour guide, Jaron. His stories, warmth, and perfect sense of humor brought the whole place to life. He made us laugh, kept us engaged, and created such a genuine connection throughout the tour. And on top of all that, he is an amazing photographer — we left with stunning photos and memories we will cherish forever. We’re sending Jaron a big hug all the way from Massachusetts. This experience will stay with us for a long time. Highly, highly recommend Kualoa Ranch — it’s a must-see and a must-feel place.
