We did the UTV tour and it was our favorite activity we did in Oahu! The crew was so friendly, knowledgeable and helped take photos for us as well. The ranch itself was stunning with beautiful landscapes.

Absolutely amazing place! One of the best experiences I had on Oahu island. Highly recommend to visit and book a tour in advance. Coz we booked a tour 1 day in advance and only cheapest option of visiting by vintage school bus was available. So we booked it and it was also truly amazing!

Great captain! Personable, engaging, knowledgeable. Loved this guy but didn't get his name. The cruise was beautiful and very secluded as this is a privately owned park. We were a party of 4 and everyone agreed that this cruise was a memorable part of our vacation.

Extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience at Kualoa Ranch. We are Hawaii residents, and what happened here was honestly embarrassing and shameful for a place that represents Hawaii to visitors from around the world. We had valid City Passes and attempted to use them for a tour. Due to a medical issue—my mother was not feeling well—we asked to switch from the ocean tour to a land tour. Manager on site gave a okay. Staff scanned our City Passes but ultimately refused to honor them and did not provide any refund. When we escalated the issue today, a supervisor blamed us by implying we spoke “poor English” and claimed there was a “language barrier.” This statement was offensive, dismissive, and discriminatory. In Hawaii’s tourism industry—where diversity, respect, and aloha should be the baseline—this kind of comment is completely unacceptable. The issue had nothing to do with language and everything to do with staff failure to properly process the City Pass and handle the situation professionally. As local residents, we are deeply disappointed and ashamed that this is how people are treated here. Denying refunds after scanning valid passes, blaming customers instead of taking responsibility, and making disrespectful remarks reflects a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 투어중 풍경은 멋지더군요. 많은 영화의 찰영지라는데... 가서보면 작은 농장 투어하고온 느낌이었어요. 여러옵션이 있는데... 기대없이가면 의외성은 있습니다.

壮大な自然と海を楽しめます。乗馬体験がおすすめです。 ツアーで乗馬体験を体験しましたが、最初の馬の歩かせ方の動画(日本語)以外全て英語でした。乗馬中に馬を誘導するスタッフさんが英語で聞いてきますが、「ここに足を乗せて」といった馬の乗り方のサポートをしてくれるだけなので、会話ができなくても充分楽しめます。(ただし、列の一番最初に割り振られた人は馬を歩かせたり止まらせたりしなければいけないので、ある程度の英語聞き取り能力と馬操縦できることが必要です)。 お馬さんはお利口なので、最初の馬の歩かせ方を見て操縦方法を忘れても前のお馬さんについて行っていました(ほぼ野放し状態)。 鞭で叩くのが割と強く叩かないといけないので可哀想でほぼ野放しでしたが、お利口なのでちゃんと歩いてくれました。また、たまに脱線しようとする野放し状態のお馬さんを楽しめました(草食べようととしたり前のお馬さんにちょっかい出そうとしたり勝手にどこかに行こうとしたり)。お馬さんがどこかへ行こうとしたらスタッフさんが鞭の使い方を教えてくれるので、動画を見て忘れていても楽しめます。 公共バスでもクアロアランチに行けますが、ツアーの方が止まりなく行けるのと乗馬の開始時間帯的にも、ワイキキあたりから向かう人はツアーを使うのをおすすめします。 ※英語はポッドキャストのCBS evening newsを1.8倍速で聞いて理解できたらツアーの人達が何を言っているかわかると思います。 ※英語を使った資格を勉強していたら、ある程度は英語がわかると思うので、公共バスを使って来るとこのあたり周辺を楽しめるかと思います(ツアーだと終わったら直帰)。

It’s been about 7–8 months since we visited Kualoa Ranch, and we still think about it as one of the most unique experiences we’ve had. We’ve never seen nature like that anywhere else — it was truly breathtaking. Thank you to Levi (hope I got the name right) for the fun tour and for explaining everything in easy English.

Un lloc espectacular que val la pena visitar si ets per Oahu. Vam fer l'UTV Raptor Tour de dues hores i va ser xulíssim. A l'inici plovia una mica i... malauradament et mulles però no passa res perquè no fa fred. Els guies molt amables i molt disposats a fer-te fotos dels paratges únics. 100% recomanable!

The UTV tour experience is awesome, with great guides and many wonderful landscapes! They demonstrated nice flexibility as well since I was sick the day I booked and needed to reschedule another day, really appreciated.
