Daughter have membership so no problem getting into the Zoo. One of the elephant had a baby which was out on 1/31/2025 and 2/1/2025. I just wish that the train ride outside the Zoo should be nonstop so it's not a boring ride. It's only one train running that day, but it makes it more boring and long wait to say the least.

We came for the free Tuesday of the month, the only complaint was finding parking. The zoo was great, we came with our own food and drinks. We really prepared for our family with 4 young boys. They had an amazing day and not only because they missed school lol the Houston Zoo is definitely always a memorable outing. Thank you!

Love this zoo, spent the whole day there. Seemed well staff and the animals are well taken care of. The enclosures seemed to be a decent size and almost saw all the animals that day. They have an extensive snake 🐍 exhibit, and Kirby was adorable. If I lived there I would go monthly.

The zoo was so much bigger than I remember it being when I was younger. I wish the line to feed the giraffes was shorter, but I went on a weekend so that’s on me!
