What a phenomenal experience! It was magical! A sunny and beautiful day at the Houston Zoo! Extremely clean and lots of snack stations. I LOVED that they had several water refill stations and you can carry your water bottle! Major PLUS! The animals genuinely appear happy and well cared for! There are helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff at every turn! This was one for the books that we will happily return to!

We went here for about a hour and either all the animals were asleep or they weren't out at all I recommend to never go here

This is a world class zoo. Of course people go to see the animals but it is so educational and compared to many zoos of the country I can tell you this is one of the best when making sure their welfare is taken care of. there are so many immersive experiences like the Patanol and the Galapagos exhibit and it is always working to make it better for the animals as well as the visitors
