It took too long getting in. Most of the people in the front are just standing around on their phones or joking and won't scan the tickets. You have to pay ahead, they won't let you buy tickets there. Scanning the tickets don't make the line go smoother. The food is expensive so bring your own food or snacks. The cougar was missing and the zoo keeper said yeah have you seen the cougar sometimes she gets out. For that reason I would not recommend it. The gorilla can also get out on one side. It rained and they didn’t offer a rain check, I didn’t like that very much so whether we were going to get sick or not we had to stay or waste money. Also a few of the animals weren’t out because of the rain so we didn’t get to see them. But overall nice environment and staff.
