So much fun! Tour around Greenville was amazing. Learned some things about the history of Greenville and learned about areas that have haunted stories related to them! Beautiful tour, loved the sites. Will do again!

I had high expectations because they really have a lot of good reviews on google. However, the tour was just blah. It was mostly historic events of Greenville and we didn't really experience anything paranormal. I think Gabe really tried making it fun and spooky, but he kept plugging in his hip hop side job and made it awkward. Half of the people in the tour starting leaving the tour by the time we got to the cemetery and it was CLOSED LOL. We were walking for almost 2 hrs without a bathroom break and no paranormal events. Also, the tour ends up on the other side of downtown so if you park at the starting point of the walk you're going to have to walk all the way back. I would suggest parking close to the Richardson garage which will end up being mid tour route. I wouldn't recommend based off my experience. Sorry.

Let me start with, this experience served its purpose, we enjoyed our date night. However, it wasn’t great. The guide wasn’t a fantastic storyteller. He is very enthusiastic about what he does, but he would frequently go on irrelevant tangents. He repeated himself often and appeared a bit nervous. It does not seem that public speaking is his forte. Again, knowledgeable about the industry, and very happy to both share and listen to the group. I’m not sure I would recommend this to someone who isn’t very enthusiastic about ghost hunting or paranormal activity.

My family and I and fun on this tour! If you are really into the paranormal and ghost hunting, then this is the tour for you! Gabe our tour guide was very friendly and gave lots of information about each place we stopped out. He gave us EMF meters if we wanted to use one. The best part was going to the cemetery. It was really spooky. I loved doing a live investigation with the ghost equipment he had. He had a rem pod, spirit box, emf, cat balls and a flash light for the experiment. It was really fun. My sister and I heard growls in the cemetery as we were walking through. I guess the spirit got tired of all of the ghost tours that kept disturbing their peace. I definitely recommend for paranormal enthusiasts! P.S. Be prepared to be power walking to the different locations. Gabe walks fast. Lol! I recommend mobility scooters for people if they have difficulty walking long distances and fast.

One of the most entertaining experiences you can have in Greenville. The main tour guide and owner, Gabe Matthews, is perhaps one of the most interesting characters that Greenville has to offer and he does not disappoint on this spooky tour. Be prepared to howl with laughter and delight as you navigate through downtown Greenville, while hearing wonderfully terrifying and eerie stories told by Gabe along the way. This experience is an absolute MUST for anyone who comes though Greenville. Go into it with an open mind and an understanding that you’re there for a good time.

My sister’s bachelorette party including me went on a ghost tour with Greenville Ghost Tours. Gabe was awesome helping my party book their tour. It was a lot of fun! The ghost tour guide was amazing! I forgot her name but she was so kind and spoke so clearly that you can understand every word that she said. She told us the history along side ghost story so they were mended together. All the guest were asked if they wanted EMF detectors- which was cool. We did a spirit session in the cemetery which was awesome. However, we were told to leave from a spirit in the cemetery. So we respected the spirit and left. I did take a picture on the ghost tour and got an apparition of a spirit… in fact two. I wasn’t expecting to get anything on the tour, besides history along with a few ghost stories. I’m a true believe before the picture but the footage is amazing. I will say if you have any issues walking with bad knees or foot issues, the walk does include stairs/hills/ uneven pavement. My mother who was on the tour did leave early within the first hour of the ghost tour because she couldn’t do the walk anymore. She has a history of bad knees/ankle/foot. She did have trouble keeping up, but our tour guide was very kind in the situation. She didn’t single anyone out- she kindly made the group wait for a few extra seconds for her to catch up- she also asked if anyone had ghost stories or experiences that they would like to tell to make the time not seem so embarrassing my my mother. Again, my mother left early because she could no longer do the walk, but she enjoyed it. It was a fun night! I recommended going on the Greenville Ghost Tour!

Took this tour with my husband for a date night. We had so much fun! Our tour guide was friendly, funny, and had a lot of good spooky stories about Greenville. During the tour, we got to carry around and use an EMF reader, which was a lot of fun. The tour was a good length, though I do wish we'd taken the tour later in the year when it's not so hot. During the bathroom break, our tour guide let us share our own paranormal stories if we had any. When we stopped at the cemetery, our guide did a spirit box session, unfortunately we missed that bit as my husband and I decided to take pictures around the cemetery, hoping to catch some orbs or something spooky. We didn't have any luck with that, so I do wish we'd stayed with the group for the spirit box. Overall, definitely worth going and very entertaining.

Unfortunately we had to leave a little early. Gabe was very prepared, and you could tell he takes the tour seriously. I didn’t realize how much paranormal activity there was in Greenville. Absolutely worth it!

Took teens and my older mother. We all had fun and are true believers ourselves so nice to talk to people in common. I loved seeing Greenville, and we actually did get a little activity in the cemetery as long as no equipment was rigged. So that was cool!! My mom has a really hard time keeping up I almost thought we might have to quit she’s only 65 so I understand it’s a walking tour but it shouldn’t be a race. Other than that fun time!

Left halfway through. Not enough in depth content on the stops we did. To answer to the comment just left by the tour operator, I'll give you more details...I was being kind but not any more. The tour guide was disturbing in his description of fishing and watching the fish die to see if he could detect their aura or spirit leaving them. We sat near the Duke factory and he spoke vaguely about cryptids. Nothing related to the spot we were at at the time. We all wanted more local stories with great details and didn't get it. Unsatisfactory. Is that better?
