Back when I did the tour in Dec 2023 Dustin did the tour it was AMAZING. He was objective based, he told short sweet and to the point stories, it was a tour about actual ghosts and was awesome. I came here with my friend from Florida on a Saturday night. I was expecting it to be like last time and fun, and not a waste of 2 and a half hours. Gabe was the tour leader this time, it was so bad I cannot even explain in words. This was a food cooking tour that comprised of 100 ways to cook fish, where to get jugs of mayonnaise!!! And talking about reptiles that roam Carolina’s, “cryptids”, he said she said stories, barely about actual GHOSTS!!! All it was, was just rambles, he would say something and RAMBLE for 30 minutes and go off topic about food, UFOS’s, Costco, food, ways to prepare fish, etc. If that wasn’t bad enough he proceeded to “dance” and show “spooky” ghost dance moves. Right then and there we just left we couldn’t believe this is actually what we paid for. Was this a prank? Will be getting my money back this was so bad. The jokes, the rambles that weren’t about ghosts, the fake stories, the horrible “rap” song he sang, just so bad. If you guys ever go I hope so bad you get Dustin!!! What a waste of limited time of a vacation!!!

We had a wonderful time walking around Falls Park on the Reedy and down Town Greenville. Different than your average ghost tour, we learned about UFO sightings, cryptids, and schmooneys as well.

The tour was a blast. Isaak Ivy was our tour guide and he did a great job taking us through the city and had a lot of knowledge of the city and its history. There was a great mix of horror, comedy and magic (he showed us magic tricks along the way). My fiancé and I were the only ones on the tour that night and he did a great job making it a personal experience. If I had to complain, I would say that not all of the stops/stories seemed relevant to the area, as in there were a lot of stories that he told along the tour that took place in other towns. But I didn’t mind, it added to the experience and we had a great time. I feel like we made a friend that night. I would definitely recommend.

Learned some ghost stories while walking throughout downtown - our guide was very dedicated to the study of the paranormal and shared lots of personal insights throughout the tour. The EMF readers were a nice touch - made us want to find out more about Greenville’s haunted history.

Gabe did a great job. He is knowledgeable about not only history of Greenville, but also about hauntings. He brought quite a few different paranormal investigating tools with him and showed us how to use them. We had a good amount of communication from the Ovilus and I enjoyed getting to use try the Estes Method. Remember that the chance of seeing a "ghost" is slim to none, but it is the energy all around that you can pick up. Glad I did it!

I’m not sure where to start here. We only made it about 30 minutes into this tour before we handed our EMF reader to another tour participant and bailed. We came on this tour to learn about ghosts of Greenville. This tour should have been titled the Mythical Secrets of Greenville as the stories were focused on trolls, schmooney’s, the souls of fish, or UFOs and UFO abductions. Our host went on frequent tangents, including an awkward rant of the price of rent in Greenville. The storytelling was pretty painful, nothing really verified, it was just not good. It was a pretty walk downtown at least, and Gabe seemed nice enough and is passionate about what he does.

We took this tour for my daughter’s 10th birthday. There were 10 in my group including my wife 3 other children 7,8,9, my parents , sister and her husband. There were also 6 others aside from our group. We are from Greenville ,they still live there we live in Columbia. We were not sure what to expect, but had a great time and the kids loved it. Dustin was great with the kids especially my son (8) who was very into it. He was able to give all the kids and others EMF readers which was a fun interactive way to be involved. Getting to tour Greenville and seeing the city your from in a different way was a great use of 2 hrs on a Saturday night. We would all recommend the tour and especially Dustin. The only complaint and it has nothing to do with Truth Seekers was the crowd out downtown was unfortunately not kid friendly especially the later it got.

This had barely anything to do with ghosts. The dude literally rambled forever about off topic subjects. He did such a cringy and bad rap, “monster dances” and was just flat out bad. I did not know a ghost tour mostly comprised of personal stories about things not related to ghosts like how to cook a fillet? What did I pay for? And don’t get me started on the horrible jokes.. Dustin needs to do ALL these tours. He was AMAZING. This guy is peanuts compared to him and he’s hurting the business. He needs to do behind the scenes stuff. I mean I really couldn’t believe this is what I paid for. Will be disputing this transaction with my bank since they are denying me a refund for something silly I didn’t pay for.

Everyone should take this tour of Greenville! It won't matter if you are new to town (as I was) or a lifetime local (as many other guests were); you will not be disappointed. Gabe Matthews (owner/guide) has to be one of the most interesting people around. His tour is well researched, laid out with frequent moments to sit and listen, and genuinely interesting. He covers a variety of topics from local ghosts, UFOs, cryptids, and the art of ghost hunting. His sincerity in not only entertaining but also educating is fun and engaging. This was a beautiful walk through a beautiful city and is worth every penny! I'll do it again in a heartbeat if I ever get back down to South Carolina.

Visiting from Illinois, so me and my fiancé decided to go on the tour. We had a good time. Gabe is very entertaining and funny and I thought the 2 hours went by really quickly. We had an awesome time!

Fun tour with the camera-man, though we were hoping for the owner to lead the tour. Because of Halloween night, we weren’t allowed into the cemetery. Nonetheless, it was quite enjoyable (every couple got an EMF meter to carry around), but wished there were a few more Greenville historical ghost stories to enhance the experience.
