Save your money!

Am I being punked? That is what I asked my husband literally less than 5 minutes into this tour. It started with a rap from our guide Gabe, yes I said a rap. It was about how he wants a paranormal show & preceded to include like every network & streaming service in this so called rap. Then we moved on to our first stop where he asked if we could find a specific name on a brick on the ground but never told us where it was, rather just moved on to the next stop. 15 minutes in and no ghost or paranormal stories. Then on to the next stop where he ranted that the establishment won't let him investigate even if he promises to put a sheet down when he sleeps as not to get his sweat on their couch. Then was the rant about him being a bit emo & loving The Cure, still no real paranormal story. Then there was his extremely bad jokes if you can even call them that (very awkward) where he asked seriously why we weren't laughing. We finally had a stop where he told a story of a troll, that was the paranormal part I guess. In talking with the others on the tour it was clear we all felt this was an uncomfortable wast of money & time. One couple tipped a street performer because he started playing his guitar over our guides babbling. At an hour in to this two hour what I can only describe as a very awkward fiasco my husband and I gave him back his EMF detector and bounced. A bit later we ran into another family that was on the tour who said they left shortly after we did because it only got worse after we left. Bottom line is this guide Gabe had no clue what he was doing, he rambled on & on about nothing & admitted to not knowing some facts that were part of his stories. He moved from stop to stop without explaining where we were going and never made sure the group was still with him. All in all a complete waste of time and money.

Terrible experience

This was very disappointing. He self promoted his YouTube videos and terrible rap music the entire time. He told awful jokes that no one laughed at. His “ghost stories” were about trolls, what he believed was happening in a store, and the fact that the store owners didn’t want anything to do with him. He didn’t even know the dates of one of his stories. This was a complete ripoff and I would have paid to get out of finishing the tour. DO NOT DO IT!

We took Isaaks tour last night and really enjoyed his passion for stories and entertainment. We learned some interesting things about the area and the ghosts of Greenville. Definitely suggest this for a fun Saturday excursion.

This was a fun and unique way to spend a Saturday night around Greenville. Even if you are a paranormal sceptic, it’s cool to see someone so passionate in their craft. He told stories that were family friendly with some dry humor thrown in. It is 2 hours of walking with stops and not every stop has a place to sit but a lot of them do. Gabe always waited for everyone to catch up before he told stories on a very busy Saturday downtown.Got a bit of history mixed in. It ends at a different location than the start and offered to walk anyone back who wanted to be walked back to the start.

My tour guide was Gabe Matthew. His tours are definitely supernatural and the abnormal focused and not necessarily a historical tour - although he does sprinkle in some uncommon history! I very much appreciate how we had a disable woman and an elderly woman and he ALWAYS waited for them to catch up before starting any of his stories. He was very patient, a fun story teller, and was clearly focused on providing an active experience in the paranormal. Lots of opportunities for interaction, and provided a bathroom break during the tour! He may not be for everyone, but I definitely enjoyed! He did NOT rap the whole tour 😂 (also I lied - it’s 4.6 billion years not 2.6).

It's not an actual ghost tour, it's just a two hour walk hearing a few jokes and hearing weird rap and dances. Completely off topic conversations that didn't make sense to anything. No one in the group got it at all and wish it said it was satire before I paid 70 bucks for it. Can't recommend at all.

Even though we couldn't go into the cemetery, I enjoyed the tour with my husband. Issac was funny, informative and I learned a few things I didn't know about the paranormal.

Gabe was an excellent and well educated guide he added in historical facts that i as a Greenville native never knew about and it was a very fun and informative experience 10 out of 10 would definitely do it again my wife and i plan on doing a private booking and it was a great date night idea thanks Gabe!

Fun, unique experience. Isaac clearly has a lot of personal interest in the paranormal and it shows. Cool, spooky stories and a bit of history too. Definitely something fun to do in Greenville if you want a break from the ordinary.

Who doesn’t love a good ghost story mixed with funny dry humor. I just completed the ghost tour with Gabe Matthew’s, paranormal lead detective of Gabe Matthews band known as TSPI. (Truth Searchers Paranormal Investigators) This is Greenville’s best ghost tour. Gabe incorporated history as it pertains to local hauntings, fun facts about different paranormal lore and devices used, all while adding his own flavor to the tour with a hilarious twist. Not to mention we had an opportunity to see if we could get something paranormal or ghostly on camera and voice record… and what we captured, was no joke. 👻

What a great time. We had Issac and he gave us a great tour. Fun stories, good bit of local legends and history, and a nice creepy stinky alley!(we opted for this, worth it.) I enjoyed the tour and learned a good bit about the hauntings in Greenville. I also liked being able to ask questions and hear personal stories from the guide and others. Would def recommend. Thanks Isaac!
