Honestly, I became a believer after going on this tour. Gabe is a bit of a strange guy, no offense Gabe, but he knows what he is talking about. He had this device that picked up energy and I heard voices talking. I've never seen something like that before. I heard several words like knife, fall, and David. I got chills and get them when I think about it.

This was the worst ghost tour I have ever been on. Save your money. The tour guide talked more about mythical creatures such trolls, ghouls, and raccoons with hooves than he did about ghosts and the history of the city. Every statement he made felt stretched and forced. The worst part was we spent more time near dumpsters in the alley than in front of the beautiful historic buildings. This felt like something my kid could have put together, not a professional tour. The guide was very passionate, but I felt like I was on a tour with a conspiracy theorist. Really a shame, I want my two hours and $25 back

Just took the tour and these are the highlights: I learned that old people are more likely to die and that there is a lizard man on the prowl near Greenville . I was taught that trolls live next to the bar Chicora, and no this wasn’t a joke, the guide was dead serious. This was the most hilarious experience but this tour is not worth your money. I can’t believe that I paid money for this 😂 the tour guide did state the earth was flat 2 min into his tour… it went down from there. Save your money and just watch ghost adventures, this was a walking tour of Dungeons and Dragons. There was very little history discussed. The one historical fact was about a man who was killed by cab drivers and as his revenge aided Uber in their national take over. Again, the guide was dead serious. The tour guide claimed he is certified and believed in facts. There were no facts provided in his presentation. He provide some "math" to discuss the ratio of human and fish ghosts to their live counter parts…. Yes you heard me fish ghosts. The guide goes fishing and uses his meter to detect fish ghosts as they cross over. He was dead serious and truly believed in all of it. At the conclusion he had the audacity to take tips like this was a quality tour. I will never forget this experience, I felt I was on a Halloween Punked Special, but Ashton Kutcher never came

So awesome to see the downtown area in a fun and creepy way. I have been on several tours in the area, and this is one of the top ones to check out! I went on the tour a while back but still remember the fun I had. The guide does speak about the history of the sites but only to give you the background and reasoning of the reported activity. But you don't feel like you are on a history tour like a lot of other so called ghost tours do. It is ran by people who have experience and focus on the paranormal. I also love they use different types of equipment and allow you to use your own. And don't dabble with spirit boards or other items that may be dangerous or make anyone uncomfortable. If you are going to be in the area it's a great fun activity for all ages. For true believers, skeptics, or anyone who is looking for a new fun activity for Halloween.

We really enjoyed the tour with Gabe. He is very knowledgeable about all things paranormal and you can tell he wants to educate others as well. There’s no way we would have ever learned these things if it was not for his tour and it was so neat to know that some places you may pass on a regular basis have such an intriguing paranormal history. I would definitely recommend Greenville Ghost Tours! Go, go, ghost!!

By far, the most disappointing ghost tour I have ever been on. I had high hopes that it would be entertaining since it is advertised as paranormal, unfortunately the guide is not a public speaker. He read from his clipboard, did not know the area and constantly asked for reviews. Well, here is mine: 1. Slow down. I really felt like we were speed walking from place to place. Some women had on heels and there were some older participants. Maybe reduce the number of stops and make those more significant. 2. Learn the area. The courthouse stop was interesting. I know you don’t want it to be a history guide tour, but to say at nearly every stop “I need to research more” and to not know about Mast Gen Store (the one in Greenville is not the original) was astounding. Also, we spent too much time near dumpsters. It was a stinky tour. 3. To walk us all the way to the cemetery and then tell us we weren’t going in, then see other people walking in was strange. 4. It would be great if the guide could speak louder, clearer, and not repeat himself. And keep track of your guests. 5. End where you start. Or at least give good directions back to the start. The meters were cool. Also the radio wave thing at the cemetery. I know the business is new to the area. I hope they consider these recommendations. It has the potential be a great tour.

Really fun tour. The tour guide handed out EMF meters to each of us to use so that we could detect anything around us. I've been on ghosts tours in other cities that left me feeling a bit disappointed, but not this one. The tour guide is also a certified paranormal investigator which is pretty cool.

I’ve been on 6 or 7 ghost tours in various cities and Gabe’s ghost tour is by far the best. Most ghost tours are boring and the guide is just a tour guide who happens to be giving a ghost tour. Gabe is actually a paranormal investigator in the Greenville area/upstate and knows what he is talking about. I highly recommend this ghost tour. It’s actually good. 👍👻👍
